This property is well located. Security is visible and you will see them wandering about the property. Ample parking.

Our condo worked out great for our family. The location is perfect, close to the beach and many grocery stores and excellent shopping. The floor plan of the condo had 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The owner has everything you will need to make your stay fun. Super big screened in porch with a beautiful view of water! Tv’s in every room. The facility has 2 pools and small workout area and also has a place to grill by the pool. There are no restaurants on site but nearby there are.

This condo is everything it claims to be and more. Clean, large, super well-equipped, comfortable, with a gorgeous view and in the perfect location. The short walk to the lovely beach was easy even for my 5 year old. The pool was amazing and laid back and my kids had such a blast swimming and playing for hours. Casey was more than accommodating in response to a few questions I had at the start of the week. I just can't say enough about our wonderful week and we can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved staying at The Regatta, Your place was so spacious and clean. Also, it was so nice to come to a place that was so equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. We can’t wait to come back and stay at your place again.

Close to perfection.......that is: Short walk to a very, very nice beach. I would say 10 minutes, from the time you leave the 10th floor condo, until you are sitting on the beach. Beach chairs in the condo were perfect. Very nice view from balcony, and perfect for 4 adults for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. 2 pools were very nice. Quiet and not crowded. Gas grills were great for fish & steaks....dinner on the balcony twice. Communication with owner was very, very good, before & after stay. I do not recall the need to contact him once during our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet & secure. Thank you for the privilege of staying in your condo.

As good as we hoped in any way

Very nice, large 10th floor end unit. Three bedrooms plus additional sleeping area off kitchen. We used it as a gathering and dinner area for a Mom and four adult married children and five grandchildren, although half of us actually stayed in a second Regatta unit. The dining room and large porch table were perfect for dinners. The Owner provided all the information we could have requested and was easily reachable by email during our stay. We all highly recommend this unit.

We have stayed in Naples multiple times and this was our first time at the Regatta. This condo exceptional in every way. There was so much room, inside and out for everyone to enjoy. We never felt crowded. The views were breathtaking both day and night. We loved having an end unit which brought in so much light and views from every room. We rented some toddler supplies from a local baby rental store but were pleasantly surprised to find there was already a toddler bed and small table/chairs for our twin grandsons to use (they loved having their own table). It was nice to have the den space with the pullout sofa for the nights we had a few extra guests and worked great as just a separate “quiet” sitting area. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed as we cooked many of our meals there. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat with the dining room table, bar areas and outside lanai (my favorite spot). The flooring was new and easy to keep clean. There were beach chairs, towels, coolers, and sand toys for all to enjoy as the beach was just a short walk away. The pool was a great alternative to the beach and wonderful for smaller kids. We used the grill area a couple of times and was very convenient. This has been our favorite location in Naples so far as we were close to everything we needed. Casey was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly. We were sad to leave as we enjoyed every minute we were there and would love to book with you again. We enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for cooking. The property's pool was also nice. The location was convenient, only a couple of blocks walk to a very nice beach and a short drive to needed conveniences and sights worth seeing. The owner is very easy to work with and responds promptly. I highly recommend this property.

We had an excellent vacation with my in-laws and young children. We loved waking up to the breathtaking views of the North Naples area. The pool and grill amenities were outstanding and the property was, as advertised, an easy walk to the beach.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Kids can walk to the beach or pool. Everything you need at your fingertips. Our family loved cooking out on the grills by the pool. Great location easy access to the beach shopping and Mercado for eating or shopping. Beach chairs available at condo. The pool is kid friendly and we met so many nice people. Casey was so wonderful to work with and easy to get a hold of. Thank you again you made my family so happy that we were able to be there for the new year...we would rent this unit again in a second. A well-appointed and spacious condo in a premium location. Vanderbilt Beach was very accessible and the pool was great--particularly for the kids. Views were spectacular and the weather cooperated. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. The owners were friendly and quite professional in demeanor.

Wonderful location and very well decorated!

The apartment is comfortable and roomy. Will accommodate many guests. At the same time, my wife and I felt very much at home. The views are great, the location awesome, the facilities are nice and the apartment was well stocked. All you need to add is food and drink. A very easy stay.

Beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo that is nicely decorated, very comfortable and has plenty of space for a family of 6. Spent a lot of time on the outside porch with a great 10th floor view. Kitchen is well equipped and they provide lots of towels. The Regatta Complex has a wonderful set up with Pools and grills available to guests. Excellent location! Walking distance to beach and nice restaurants with plenty of shopping near by. Would highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and spacious for two couples. The pools are beautiful and the grills are very handy. The location is the best, close to the beach, restaurants and Whole Foods. We hated to leave!

Enjoyed our stay at this house. Home is spacious with great views of the bay. Plenty of space for the family with washer and dryer, exercise facilities, pool, access to the beach within a 5 minute walk as well as dining locations. Very comfortable. Recommend dinner and sunsets at the Turtle Club

A lovely 3 bedroom condo in an excellent complex, the Regatta. The condo was well stocked with everything a family needs and the 10th floor view from the lanai is beautiful. I had adult guests visiting and the layout gave everyone privacy while also providing wonderful open spaces for socializing. The kitchen is spacious and is well equipped to handle all your needs. The bath towels are plentiful! The complex contains a lovely pool, hot tub, exercise room and grilling area. The Regatta is only a 5 minute walk from Vanderbilt Beach where you can find beach rentals, swim or just take a walk along the gulf. Great restaurants and shopping at the Mercado are just a short distance away. Naples has much to offer in tourist attractions: an art museum, philharmonic hall, botanic gardens, zoo, and a sightseeing trolley. I'm looking forward to my return!!

We spent a wonderful week at the Regatta over winter break and it couldn't have been more perfect! The weather was amazing! The unit was very spacious and had everything we needed for the week. We had 4 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. The layout was great for the children to go to sleep and the adults to stay up and watch tv or enjoy the spacious screened in balcony. What an amazing view!! We loved the nice pool and were just a short walk from the beach. This is our favorite location in Naples and we ate out at some of the delicious restaurants nearby. The owners were nice and easy to work with. We can't wait to go back!!
