The property was situated minutes from central Hermanus in a quiet street. The house was stunning with amazing furnishings and attention to detail. Facilities were first class and with the addition of the lovely Gerald who was on hand to assist with the day to day running of such a large house... he was very helpful to us during our stay. Margot our host was extremely helpful and responsive and facilitated our check in with ease. A rating if possible would be 12/10 .

many vast spaces to chill. loved the outdoor games available. cool spaces to retreat to from the sun. quiet and relaxing atmosphere. beautifully and comfortably decorated. great cooking facilities - indoor and outdoor. perfect holiday home.
Gerald the home manager was a delight.

We enjoyed everything about this house. Gerald the house keeper was very helpful and always ready to help. The owners communication was excellent. Will look to stay here again when in Hermanus.

Amazing house which was immaculately presented. Lots of space for everyone to relax. Kitchen was also very well equipped. Gerald was also an amazing help.

It was nothing short of a mansion. Every facility you could imagine and so tastefully decorated. It is simply the best holiday home including table tennis, dartboard, braai, pool and egg swings. There was a tablet in the kitchen which allowed you to play your own music throughout the whole house. The main lounge had a Smart TV with very many channels and apps. The house was very close to the centre of Hermanus and its restaurants. The main double rooms were vast with beds that were amazingly comfortable. Gerald was always at hand to address any issues.
For one day we lost access to hot water and heating. The privacy of one of the upstairs bathrooms was limited to neighbours

Everything about Vivere is exceptional. The house (especially the kitchen and living area) is not only tastefully decorated and comfortable, but also very functional. The bedrooms were supper big and comfortable. The host, Gerald was absolutely amazing. He was available at all times and made sure that the place is clean. He is also very easy to approach in case there was anything we needed, very kind and hardworking. The garden is great for relaxing and it is very difficult to want to do other activities outside the house because it was great in itself. It was just the two of us (both ladies) and we felt safe at all times.
Nothing!! I cannot wait to go back to Hermanus and stay at Vivere.

The home is absolutely stunning and catered for our every need and more. Gerald opened up for us and was extremely accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning our return.

The house is beautiful and spacious - ideal for a larger group. It is extremely well equipped. Pool, garden, braai, outdoor dining are great for summer vacation.
The place is serviced daily - which can be both a convenience as well as an interruption depending on your preference. Do let the host know if you'd prefer to have the place serviced less frequently
