Prachtige locatie, appartement was zeer goed uitgerust, goed gelegen ten opzichte van de omgeving.
Ontvangst en reactiviteit gedurende ons hele verblijf was uitstekend wat het ook heel makkelijk maakte om de nodige zaken af te spreken of na te vragen.
Enige mogelijke aandachtspunt voor toekomstige gasten die met een elektrische wagen plannen te komen is dat de enige laadmogelijkheid zich aan de receptie bevindt. Indien je in Casa Tolomei verblijft is dat minder ideaal, aangezien dit om +/- 5km is, dus het is niet zo dat je eenvoudig even je wagen gaat wegzetten en tevoet terug gaat.
Vanuit de receptie wordt er echter wel meegekeken naar oplossingen dus op dat vlak opnieuw ontzettend behulpzaam. Dichtst bijzijnde snellader is op +/- 15min van Casa Tolomei.

It was our second time at Castello di Bossi. We simply love it here! Amazing buildings, great apartments, great pool and views. DOG-friendly! We also love their breakfast - you get a wooden wine box full of local diary and pastries. We cannot wait to come back again!

La location nelle campagne del Chianti,L’ appartamento era confortevole ma manca L’ attenzione ai dettagli
Mancavano nell’ appartamento accessori per la tavola come tovaglie, tovagliette, tovaglioli, necessari anche solo per la colazione.
una delle camere era sopravvista di prese e comodini al lato del letto, una sola spina dietro la porta che ti obbliga ad alzarti dal letto per spegnere la luce.
Abbiamo poi avuto uno spiacevole evento la mattina del primo dell’ anno con un black out generale della corrente che ci ha lasciato per ore privi elettricità e acqua senza che una di noi potesse finire di farsi la doccia, lo staff non ci ha aiutato molto. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi per chiedere un intervento.Una struttura che si propone a questo livello dovrebbe avere un gruppo elettrogeno di back up per queste eventualità , non si possono lasciare gli ospiti a loro stessi.Per correttezza preciso che la soluzione di farci fare una doccia nella camera (appena lasciata)sopra la loro enoteca dove la corrente non era saltata ci è pervenuta da parte dello staff mentre varcavamo la porta per lasciare la struttura con le valigie pronte.il black out è durato più di due ore e non sappiamo quanto sia andato avanti…Oltretutto ci hanno detto che non era la prima volta che succedeva

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter a short walk from the Barcelona Cathedral.
The staff were also really responsive and helpful. I left an item behind and they located it and helped get it back to me which was greatly appreciated.
The description of the rooftop pool should explain that it has a maximum depth of 0.6m deep. When you are travelling with teenagers this was critical information. We did not use the pool.
Also, the dishwasher racks were in desperate need of replacement. They were rusty and unhygienic. This is an inexpensive thing to fix and for a property at this price point it’s not acceptable.
The washing machine also had a fault and was not working where we arrived. However the staff were very responsive to this and had it fixed in 24 hours.

Tanta historia y la magia del lugar. La atención de Margarita y poder recorrer los viñedos y hacer cata de vinos. En verano la piscina fue muy importante. La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado full. Hay lavanderia disponible.
La piscina y jardines inmediatos pueden mejorar. Requieren algo de mantenimiento. Igual la zona de lavanderia.

The location was amazing, very easy to explore wineries and towns throughout Tuscany. We loved the Tuscan charm, the pool and the views of the vineyards. The facilitates were equally as good; kitchen, laundry etc.

Nothing.
First of all we were given the wrong address to the property by email. We arrived a lot later than anticipated. It was dark by the time we finally found the property that was texted to us. The website was very deceiving. It said 3 pools and there was only one. It appeared that there was a winery in the property and there wasn’t one. There was nothing.

The quite and tranquil setting in a Tuscany vineyard. There is a great pool to cool off in. Three fantastic restaurants are very close by, we went to two of these, Villa di Soto and Osteria alla Villa, they are both exceptional.

Exceptional place in breathtaking location.
Everything, beginning with the communication before arrival, the check in/out process and general helpfulness of the staff was superb. But the place itself and its surroundings were well beyond that.
This is one of those places, to which you're planning to come back even before leaving.
It's not the downside of any kind but please keep in mind that car is a must when booking this property.

Mateo and wine taste was super. A lot of comments, interesting telling. Proposed few tasty wines for try in room while getting rest. No place for dinner. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the box - and it was realy good (bakery, milk, jams, juice), no hurry to go. Views from all sides are unbelivable, the best I see during out vacation. Rustik design, comfortable bed. Staff - really nice
1. the room was very damp, the bed was damp.
2. you can't walk barefoot in the room because the floor is not clean.
3. very many ants outside, can't enjoy the evening, although the views are very nice

A sanctuary in Tuscany!! The property is fantastic, the pool is peaceful and the staff are very accommodating and kind! One tip, make sure you rent a car. We couldn't visits the main property very easily as we were staying the villa farthest from the reception. HOWEVER Margherita was extremely accommodating and had Mateo (our wine guide) pick us up for the wine tasting.

It is a very peaceful place where you can spend your whole time enjoying magnificent beauty of the nature.
First of all, whatever you see in the description of the property has nothing to do with the reality, I don’t even know which one to mention, ants in the bed, dirty bedsheets and kitchen items, cold rooms… Unfortunately, this was not we were expecting to see and feel.

The setting was very pretty and as you would expect in a regional winery. It was rustic and quiet and peaceful.
No microwave, no washing facilities, no TV, bathroom very small even for 2 people, the winery was nice but very expensive. There was also confusion with our room whether it included breakfast or not so it was delivered the first day, not the following day, then was delivered again to say sorry for not being delivered again…There was no clarity as to whether the room would be serviced or not, so on day 3 we had to ask if we could have some new towels-but we had to ask at the winery as there as no way of contacting housekeeping. There was also no follow up in regard to activities that we could have done, e.g. horse riding/bike riding/ cooking classes. Even if we had wanted to, no one asked us whether we were interested. And there was zero information in the room regarding activities or historic places to go in the surrounding region, or even information about the property itself, which we thought was strange.

For a true Tuscan experience this property was breathtaking! Quiet, beautiful views, wide open spaces! The room was large with a tucked away kitchen, new bathroom, and a rustic fireplace that we made use of as it was still cool during the fresh spring days and nights! It felt like home, we just wish we would have stayed longer than 2 nights so we could also try the Bossi estate wines!
Since we arrived during low season and early spring, the weather was still quite cold meaning there was no swimming of course! Also the rustic house can be quite cold during this time, so a fire is necessary since the heating units couldn't warm up the huge room so well. Definitely more of a warm weather property.
We were also on the ground floor and when the guests above us arrived home from wine tasting quite late, it was very loud with footsteps and such - bring earplugs!

Great location, nice facility. Staff on reception and cleanliness of room both very good. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower within the bedroom area with a clear glass screen was not appropriate or convenient. The breakfast was sparse, random and inadequate.

On arrival the team received us with smiles, despite we arrived later than expected by one hour. They suggested and booked for us the restaurant for the evening, dedicated full attention to details.
The breakfast, presented in a Chianti wine box, was delivered at the agreed times and was in abundance. We booked a wine tasting which was well organised.
We toured the Chianti area and were overjoyed with its beauty. We know Italy and specifically Tuscany but did not know well this part. It was a good 2022 decision to start 2023 at Castello Di Bossi.
The passion with which the team described the story of the place, the current and future developments and wines makes us want to be back soon.
2023 started in the best of ways
the bathroom of our apartment is in working order. However could do with some refurbishment ( which we were told is in the plans for 2023)

At €20 pP we would have expected more from the breakfast. Not that the amounts weren’t enough, but all sweet and nothing savory.
