The property was clean, spacious, convenient, and comfortable. The couch was nice and big and comfortable and allowed all four of us to lounge on it with plenty of space. Good quality tea & coffee sachets.

The cracked bathroom floor tiles, the ceiling paint that was peeling, the dated decor, the missing lounge blind meant the sun was streaming in, the dirty windows in the conservatory, the water stains on the lounge curtains. Not enough sound proofing between apartments. The neighbours movements could be heard clearly in our apartment at night. Myself and my guests were kept awake by their noise. The television in the apartment has poor sound quality and is too small for the space. The apartment was advertised as luxury but it was standard. Too many instructions for the key pickup, and entry. Too many rules.

Very roomy, spacious apartment. Plenty of room for our group and the 3 bathrooms were amazing with 6 women staying. It was great having a little convenience store just across the road and the city vibe was brilliant.

It would have been more convenient to have the key to the garage in the lock box downstairs rather than having to go up to the apartment on the 6th floor to collect it from inside and then go back down to street level to open the basement garage. All the doors onto the balconies rattles a bit in the wind. It may be time to look at replacing the door catches and locks.

Very roomy, fantastic location. Just a quick walk to the waterfront and the shops.

the location was great and good we could all stay together as a family in one space which wasn’t possible in 3 hotel rooms

value for money. extremely expensive for 2 nights accomodation. dryer didn’t work. no tea towel or dish cloth which I would have expected for that price.

Great location right on Courtenay Place so everything is in walking distance. The house was a great size and can definitely fit 8 people comfortably without feeling on top of each other Would definitely recommend booking.

A little run down for the price tbh. Maybe I expected too much.

the apartment is lovely, very simple and clean. I loved the high ceilings, balconies, and views! lots of space. also had laundry which was great. super easy location for getting around wellington, only 2 blocks from TePapa. Easy to checkin. staff very easy to reach by phone and responsive.

It would be good if more of the windows and doors could open, or there were more fans. It gets hot and a bit stuffy, especially in the room with the twin bed where the patio door has been nailed shut and the window doesnt open. There is noise from the street, there are lots of bars on Courtenay, but the only room that really heard it at night was the second floor one that has a balcony facing that direction, no one else was bothered.

the very hard to get in and out of shower and bath. There needs to be a rail to hold given the tiles are so slippery. also was incredibly noisy from the nightclubs.

very run down and needs a lot of work not value for money. toilets leaked water damage very visible, my friend cut his foot on broken tiles.

Excellent location and it’s spacious and light. Great environment. However, it is right in the CBD so quite noisy at nights. Unfortunately, it’s an older building without soundproofing.

The location was abit confusing however we had to get out of the car to pull open the gates to get in., all whilst your can is hanging in traffic and saturated with the rain The apartment was fine on first look and then we started noticing all the mouldy breaks window frames, then at 3am on Friday morning I awoke to soaking wet be as the window frame above us were leaking. There were crakes along the ceilings and down walls showing that it had happens while ago The handrails on the deck were rusted and fallen off. We were accosted by a man on Thursday morning and told we had taken his ar space which we did not and was able to show this to him and he walked off very annoyed
