sandy toes is a great place located close to the callala beach, plenty of room for a family to relax, great new bathroom , kitchen very good , access to rear of yard, pet friendly (although we didn’t take ours) , wifi, tv, movies, bbq was great.

Great location. House was very clean & comfortable. Beautifully renovated main bathroom and laundry with additional shower and toilet which adds to convenience. We loved the space in the backyard, that we could securely park our car in the property. Best of all we could bring our puppy.

Some of the kitchen cooking utilities could be updated.

The shower was great and so was the bbq. wonderful dog beach.

The places was wonderful had everything you need and the dog can stay with you. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

The massive garden was amazing and fully enclosed for the kids and dogs to play in. In a beautiful and peaceful area. Peter was great at communicating and when we had a small issue with the hot water immediately resolved it for us. Would happily stay here again.

Definitely not a deal breaker but differing coloured towels would make it easier for each person to know whose towel is whos. A dishwasher would be fab as there were 9 of us staying so washing up was a bit of a mission but certainly didn't detract from the holiday or facilities.

Location, quiet neighbourhood, excellent facilities, great communication, brilliant bathroom.

There was no laundry basket to carry out wet clothes, clothes line a little too small, peg basket broken.

Our stay at Sandys Toes Beach House was a very enjoyable. We loved how the beach was a 2 minute walk from the house. The house was accommodating and had everything we needed. The backyard was very spacious and tidy. Air-conditioning was good on warmer days. Kitchen is well equipped. Two toilets came in handy for four people staying in the house. Washing machine was easy to use. TV had Netflex. Two sofas in lounge room, plus daybed. Hot water pressure in shower was excellent. Peter was very helpful, he answered questions and queries promptly.

Some areas of the house could have been cleaner. Bedroom at the end of the house has no cupboard, occupant was living out of a suitcase for five nights.

Great location and generally clean and tidy.

Bathroom was disappointing with some mould. It didn't look like the photos. Was a bit dusty in the bedrooms. There were no butter knives or a chef's knife only serrated edged knives, no good for cutting anything other than bread let alone spreading butter and vegemite. There were also no wine glasses or fly spray, annoying in the middle of summer.

The property was very light and spacious for a group of 4 people. The house has everything you need for a weekend away or longer. The beds and sofas are comfortable and the outdoor space was great for our 2 dogs. Its in a perfect location being walking distance from the beach, this was definitely a big bonus for us! I would recommend staying at Sandy Toes Beach House.

Nothing to note

Peter made sure that our family had a stress free time. I couldn't stay with my family, due to GS covid lockdown. Because other bookings had cancelled, Peter gave my family early check-in & late check-out. My family were very happy. So glad I found this place.

2 very small suggestions.....a lamp in the bunk room and a mat inside the front door for extra dirty feet/shoes (the mat outside, can only do so much), would be great.

Location was excellent, one street from the beach. Hosts were very communicative. House was very cozy and had effective heating for our winter stay.

Great location and very comfortable. A classic case of not judging a book by its cover: it might not look like much from the outside but is great inside.

Its great to be able to take a dog there BUT its not very dog secure. Dogs can easily escape under or over the front fence. It needs more glasses esp. wine glasses.

I had hay fever the whole stay due to abit of dust.

Floors dirty not cleaned properly, no proper mop and bucket available to use, the floors have holes and gaps in them, vaccune cleaner was dirty and not emptied, old bathroom with horrible leaking shower head, mould in shower window edge and ceiling, very limited small clothes hanger outside, miss matched furniture in rooms, very hot in bedrooms and hard to cool with existing old air conditioner, uncomfortable lounge and not big enough to fit the max amount of people staying. Blinds do not meet the child safety standards, as cords are long and there is no where to strap them or tie them to avoid possible strangulation.
