Nice apartment with nice atmosphere. Top location in city center but still quiet (church bells to be heard but not disturbing). Well equipped. All in all, I can only recommend this place for a visit to Alsace.

Missing a small trash bin in the big sleeping room. A few additional glasses and mugs in the kitchen would have been nice. Nb: The apartment is on the top floor and not suitable if you have walking problems.

Excellent location, lovely apartment and very clean.

Charlotte, the owner, was at the apartment to greet us. She’s a gracious host and remained available to us throughout our stay. We obtained the keys and information about the residence. The unit was on the second floor. A private, gated stairway ascends from the courtyard to the terrace and front door. The unit appeared to have been remodelled with many upgrades, improvements, and conveniences. Everything was in very good condition. The unit was a spacious one bedroom, full kitchen/dinette, front room, shower, sink, water closet, and small room next to bedroom with a single bed (accessible only by going through the bedroom). The apartment is equipped with a clothes washer (a wonderful amenity). The unit is well equipped for longer stays. Location in old town is ideal. Walking distance to train station, bus routes, restaurants, and all points of interest in old town. Walk to the Courts of Appeal and the old water storage tower. Some of the finest examples of 19th/20th century mansions and public buildings can be seen.

Beyond owner’s control: The apartment is within 25 meters or so of the cathedral. The bells in the tower ring every fifteen minutes between the hours and every hour on the hour to announce the time.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the old town in a courtyard off one of the smaller streets, so very quiet at night. The apartment is attractive and spacious and had everything we needed. the kitchen is well equipped, and the shower was great. Whenever I texted Charlotte before and during the trip, she responded right away. she was extremely helpful and friendly. This was a wonderful place to stay in Colmar, which we just loved.

The apartment was roomy and well equipped. It was in a perfect location very close to everything in Colmar, especially the Christmas markets and all the shops. Parking was only a 3 minute walk away and plenty of availability, even during peak times (the garage name is "Rapp"). Beautifully decorated, great shower, plenty of hot water. Highly recommend.

I can't think of anything that warrants a complaint. We had a small issue with the heat which Charlotte quickly responded to when we texted. I know if there were any issues, she would be quick to resolve it.

We booked this place as a family with a 2.5 y/o kid. It is located in the very-right-exactly at the hearth of Colmar. It has its own stairs to the garden from its own private terrace. So covid-wise you cannot be any safer than this. Place has two bed-rooms, both are at ideal size. It has very good heating, delivered super-clean and is furnished very modern. I like being able to adjust the heating, having a nespresso machine at the kitchen, and having all utilities you can think of for cooking. Place also has internet at good speed and a Smart TV. On the day we arrived, our daughter got sick and the host Ms. Charlotte did an amazing support for arranging doctors, taxis and even providing toys for her. We would not be a able to sort fraction of such things out without being able to speak French. I am gold/elite/platinum on various airlines and hotel groups as being a frequent traveller for business and I can confidently say that I haven't felt such care on any of my previous accommodation. Ms. Charlotte's hospitality was just remarkable! As a result of our daughter got sick, we spent good amount of time at this place rather than exploring Colmar. I can say it would be very depressing if would be spending same time in a hotel room or elsewhere. This place offers the exact same comfort with your home...

Stunning apartment! We loved the decor and the well equipped kitchen. Everything was really clean and the beds and towels were super comfy. Also: the location was absolutely perfect.

Locatiion in the middle of old town. Apartment is big, nicely decorated and very comfortable. You feel at home from the very beginning.

Everything perfect. If I have to point to something, it is a bit hard to go upstairs with big luggage.
