The apartment was in a great location as it was on the edge of the old town, so just being able to walk out you door in to the gorgeous town of Colmar was perfect for our stay, it also came with free secure parking which wasn’t far from the apartment. The apartment was really nice, plenty of space for 2 -4 people with all the amenities that you need.

It was hot when we visited and even though we had fans in each room, air con would have been great, The views from the apartment weren’t picture perfect as it looked across at a small hotel, although we would stay again.

The hosts were very accommodating as we needed to do laundry, and it was shared with the owner. Everything we needed was available, and it is centrally located. The only negative is that there is no AC, and it was hot, but fans are available in each room. Great stay overall!

Very spacious, comfortable, clean apartment in the very heart of Colmar. The apartment had everything you need to enjoy your stay and was located in the heart of the old town. minutes to Parc du Champ de Mars, Petite Venise. the covered market and everything else you would want to do/see in Colmar. If you have a car and want to see more, Colmar is surrounded by a number of fantastic villages, wineries and other attractions to experience.

LE17 is located in the beautiful street of the old town. It was delightful to walk down the lovely, quiet street in the mornings. The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. We especially loved the heating! The excellent radiators kept us warm in freezing weather. Our host Fabrice was very kind and helpful. There was a hot water issue (probably caused by cold weather) during our stay, but he quickly visited us and solved the problem. It was amazing that the communication was always fast and smooth. We had a magical stay in Christmas season. Thank you!

The location is perfect, we could walk to almost all attractions in the city. The apartment is exactly as pictured and every detail is so well thought of. Fabrice is very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The parking garage isn’t at the building so we need to pay our own parking before getting the parking pass in the apartment, but it’s not a big deal.

The location of the apartment is prefect. The apartment is very spacious and contains all you need. The bed are comfortable.

The apartment is very spacious, well maintained and all the necessary equipment was available (from the dishwasher to all the cutlery). This is the first time I have seen anything like this. The apartment is very clean, with new furniture. Loved the corner with the sofa where you can relax with a glass of wine. The host was very attentive and provided all the necessary information. It was very noticeable that the man cares about his job. And an important aspect is the availability of a parking place, which is literally 300-400 meters away from the apartment.

The bed was a bit hard for me, but it is not so critical

we are in a group of friends. we all love the place the location is the best near everything the room is so good taste decoration and super clean it made me feel like staying at home. The owner is very nice to help us.We hope we can come back again

this was by far the best property in our entire stay in France. fabrice and his lovely wife are exceptional hosts and were incredibly helpful. We tried one of the restaurants he recommended and the food was great. the beds are SO comfortable, shower fantastic and the apartment is perfect for two people who need a room each as well as couples. the location is perfect, close to cafes and restaurants…there is absolutely nothing not to like about this amazing apartment.

Very near to the city centre with lots of shops and restaurant nearby. Besides it was another hotel with nice restaurant. It is clean and the host is kind. It is very big and we have the entire apartment for 3 of us.

There was no air cond, only fans provided. Luckily, it was quite cooling at night during early June. The water kettle is quite dirty and we dare not use it. No lift and the apartment is located on the first floor. So if there are a lot of luggages, will need to climb quite a number of stairs.
