La atención del personal y lo ofrecido por la instancia, como su desayuno-barra libre incluido en el precio. Me encantó. Asimismo, cerca al hotel hay muchos restaurantes y lugares por visitar.

Se indicó al personal que el lavamanos se atoraba, así que esperamos que mejoren ello.

La decoración excesiva demasiada cargada,la cama bien,la habitación Muy estrecha.complicada movilidad Falta de enchufes.los hay dentro de los estantes donde poner la ropa y esto dificulta además que hay poco espacio para la ropa. Decoracion bonita pero demasiada recargado.a nuestro parecer. La habitación no fue funcional..

Mucho en decoración y poca funcionalidad.. la atencion del personal buena. No hay una pequeña luz en las mesitas de noche ni enchufes.siquiera para poner teléfono hay que encender la máxima y debe uno levantarse a oscuras para poder hacerlo solo un interruptor en la puerta.

Central to local market and beach lookout. 24hr reception, breakfast ( there are local cafes and restaurants nearby also). Fridge in the room.. Staff very helpful and polite.

Windows do not have screens, We kept shut at night. Quiet aside from a few work cars in the morning. We arrived at 130am and they courtesy room called for breakfast at 8am - Be sure to leave that message, not to be disturbed with reception on arrival for sleep in. Also I don't think it was necessary to call the room.

the decorations were very nice!! staff were just awesome, very courteous. staff also called me in my room in the morning to know what I wanted for breakfast!! very cool :) Could have called a little later at times though when wanted to sleep a bit more. Great service but let them know you want to get a call around 8:30(1h before they close breakfast) if you don’t want to get woken up too early! amazing food and courteous staff :D

the night light that was fixed on the middle bottom of the tv in my room made me not have great sleep. I realized it the second last day before I left and found a tape to block it and it helped me. be careful about that detail if you want deeper sleep!!

Good location in the heart of Magdalena del Mar

Very expensive for what it is. First they charged me more than my reservation price. Then when I asked to get my money back, they didn't give me everything and told me it's "change house". But it was their fault as they charged me more so I shouldn't pay any change fees..They were also doing construction work so from 9am to 5pm it was impossible to stay in the hotel as they were making a lot of noise. I couldn't worked, called or even rest. I understand they need to work but they should advice clients first and give a better price. Finally on my last day, they shutted the water in all the area so it wasn't their fault but they never advice me. So I didn't use the water before or even stock up water as I didn't have any clue. My room wasn't very clean as well. I mean for this price (almost 30$ a night) you expect a better service. I stayed in hotel for less than 10$ a night which was way better than this hotel. I don't recommend this place at all you can find way better and for a better price.

Everything is awesome here, rooms are spacious and huge! Nice bed very comfy .big bathrooms.hot water come on quickly. Wifi is great always works! Close to everything you need .clinic across the road has coivd testing if you need one for traveling abroad.

very good location, right by the Magdalena Mercado, privileged location in the center of Magdalena, front desk clerks very profesional. nice decorations inside Hotel, and it was safe .

problems with the main door -it caught my finger, the wifi in the room works in certain spots , bed linen undo ALL the time , shower with mold and broken toilet.

Nice breakfast included and the location is close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Buses and taxis around all day. Safety to walk around the place, there are polices in motorcycles, cars and walking on the streets.
