Kids play area with ample open space, food and facilities.

I made a booking for 2 adults and 3 kids and mentioned there ages also and made the booking according to that but still I paid . There were no facilities to enjoy.

Food was very good and staff was good and even rooms were good.

Menu of the breakfast should be expanded with sausages, chicken fries etc

Food tasted very good but lacked variety. Hopefully, once Covid recedes and tourists and visitors start knocking doors of LT, the menu will have mutton and salmon

Spacious,neat n clean . Thr deluxe suite is extra spacious and value for money .

They shd add sum more variety of food items to the menu .

Excellent food and very decent and well behaved staff. Superb initiative of employing dumb and deaf boys….keep up the good work….👍👍

Less staff at the reception to handle high check in’s and check out’s….

Lemon Tree, Gurgaon is the first five start hotel with the worst service I have ever seen in my life. The manager gave the key to the room in which someone was already there. After that they did not even apologize. I would suggest that no one should make their booking for their money in this hotel or in any branch of Lemon Tree. The amount of money you book online, at the time of check-in at the hotel, you ask for more money in the name of different taxes. Do not waste your time n money in such kind of hotels “jo five-star k nam par lut te hai….”

Food was nice and staff is good

Lots of electricity cuts more then 15 times in 2 days stay ! Bathroom drain was full and faced telivision non functional twice due to recharge
