the friendliness of the staff

Location, parking space, comfortable beds, clean spacious shower, great water pressure especially the waterfall showerhead, resourceful rooms, big fridges, cooking own meals and best of all wonderful attentive staff.

Was disappointed that management banned all night swims after a small group got rowdy, maybe issue a warning of being removed to the group would have been better. The cafe should be open for weekends.

Beds were comfortable, pool was nice. Staff there were awesome, very helpful and friendly.. Loved the aircon and fan in the rooms.

Some of the things in the room could do with replacing. Our big knife had a broken handle and can ipener was broken. Pool being closed on Sunday was a bummer as our kids loved to dip in there to help with the heat. Also carpark was a problem when people came to dine at the restaurant.

Staff were very helpful and customer service was excellent.

There was no balcony although it was advertised. No cupboards to keep extra cloths, no safe to keep your valuables and one of the beds were broken although they fixed it later on. Not recommended for long term stay.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating! I loved the fact that the Samoana car rental company was affiliated with the Samoana Boutique Hotel! I thought it was closer to town than it was, however we were treated

I would have preferred wi-fi, however Madeline promised she would work on getting it as soon as possible & before I return!

Beautiful hotel surrounded by plants, with lovely and helpful staff. Good location, near town. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, the shower had great pressure and the mini-kitchen really well-stocked and helpful to have. Everything was very clean. The pool was great to cool off in!

Unfortunately the on-site cafe was closed for the holidays, which I didn't know ahead of time. It was disappointing to not have the option to get breakfast/lunch on site! The aircon in my room stopped working on my last day, and because it was a holiday, it couldn't be fixed while I was still there. Thankfully the ceiling fan was powerful and helped a lot.

My mum, sister and I really enjoyed the convenience of where Samoana was located, we were travelling up and down to our families in the village that the location was a perfect spot. The staff were amazing and they always provided 10/10 service each day. The pool was also great, quite warm however that's expected because samoas heat is HOT everyday. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Staff were always helpful and friendly from day one. Big spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchen, though we didn't do any cooking but it's great to know for next time. Love the pool alrea too. Would stay again!

The pool wasnt cleaned so wasnt open for a few days.. the aircon was only in the rooms and the fans in the living and dining room were not working and it was so hot. Had to keep the bedroom door open to cool the rest of the living areas.

we recently returned from a wonderful stay at Samoana hotel. we stayed with our young family for three nights while we explored Apia and surrounds, making day trips into the markets, piula cave pool, sliding rocks etc. we had a ground floor 2-bedroom apartment which was great for kids coming and going from pool etc. accomodation was basic was lovely, clean and spacious. good value for money. thanks to the staff who were great. I hope to be back at some stage!

2nd time I’ve stayed here. Love the locality but not too close to town. Local supermarket and shops nearby and easy access to taxis and buses. Rooms are so spacious, air con and ceiling fans help for a good nights sleep with kitchenettes including fridge/freezers. Beds and pillows super comfortable and parking available. Staff are fantastic so warm & friendly and very accommodating. Ola went the extra mile with my elderly Dad ensuring he was ok and had everything we needed. Downstairs cafe perfect addition and I will stay here again. The pool and shared bbq area is great when having family visiting. Faafetai tele lava Samoana Boutique for your warm hospitality and truly making it feel like home away from home for me and Dad.

the staff were lovely - my first trip home in 3 years and it was awesome staying somewhere central to my in-laws as well as my own family. very clean and had everything we needed.

Fantastic staff and a great place to stay - we were one of the first guests following the re-opening of the borders so the girls were still getting a few things sorted but were able to make sure we had everything we needed. They helped us get around and gave great suggestions for places to go and things to do. The cafe opened the week we were there and do a great breakfast and lovely coffee. There is a supermarket very close by and you can get a taxi or walk into town. A lovely place to stay

Location was great, accomodated to my mums needs, spacious apartment, cleanliness of the hotel was brilliant - cleaners always came in without a fail and cleaned up while we were out, air con/fans were loud but did the job lol the staff were very accomodating and welcoming and always very happy and ready to assist us with our inquiries. The price of it was also affordable as well for the amount of days we stayed there for.

Just need aircon in the living area of the 3 bedroom apartments. Also need to extend pool operating times as by the time we got back to the hotel it was already closed for the day.

Room was great especially sink, electric kettle and microwave. Air con and fan were great too. Appreciated fresh towels and bed was so comfortable. Definitely coming back next time

Not really a negative but something to make things better 😊 More shade around the pool area and car parking could improve so we're not blocking each other in. Possibly allocating numbered car park to a room? And park around edges?

Family suite was spacious and really comfortable beds. It was really handy having full size fridge, stove and microwave. Breakfast is not included in price but the cafe at the hotel is one of the best in Apia for coffee and breakfasts, delicious!
