Pedi um ovo frito com gema mole para uma funcionária do restaurante e a mesma disse que não podia fazer ovo com gema mole, não entendi o porquê disso, sendo que no dia seguinte a outra funcionária que estava trabalhando, me atendeu plenamente , sem nenhum questionamento.

Hotel muito limpo e arrumado. Muito bem localizado.
Recepcionista indelicado com comentários a respeito da aparência e idade dos hóspedes e suas relações. Academia extremamente quente e com pernilongos.

Achei que a limpeza e troca de toalhas deixou a desejar.
Na troca foram retiradas as toalhas de rosto e de piso e só deixaram de banho e fizeram falta as demais.

Location is good for my purposes. Breakfast was satisfactory and the small gym served for a quick morning exercise. Parking is easy and parking lot is well illuminated and has security cameras.
Very friendly staff.
Rooms were a bit noisy, I could hear talk and music from other rooms. Bed was not the most comfortable.

the maintenance of the property (room/bathroom) and the cleanliness of the wall of the bathroom / ceiling with mold, bathroom fan filled/covered in dust/dirt.

Good location, easy access, free parking. Decent size room, with TV and air conditioner. Good breakfast, but only one coffee machine creates long lines in the morning.
When I arrived, my room was not well cleaned. There was dirty paper and urine in the toiled bowl! The staff did not even flush the toilet during cleaning! Also, there was no soap and only half of the towels. The room next to me had a family with childred, that made a lot of noise, listening to loud music and screaming until late night (11pm). Staff did nothing.
During breakfast, there is only one coffee machine! Coffee is good, but it creates a long line in the morning, where you have to wait to get your coffee.

The breakfast is fair with a good coffee.
I asked for an invoice, and it was not delivered. So I opened a complaint on booking.com and questioned the hotel, which was not answered.

I just had a problem with the staff charging me for a day more even tho i had paid it in full, problem was solved anyways.
