Bella Mar est l'une des plus grandes maisons en rangée de Kure Beach. Ce magnifiquement décoré 5 lits, 4 salles de bain dort 12 et est parfait pour les familles petites et grandes. En raison de la conception décalée, cette maison offre une excellente vie privée avec une vue fantastique sur les ponts. Prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au dernier étage de cette maison inversée et vous découvrirez une vaste salle familiale avec plafond cathédrale, bois franc, télévision à écran de 50 pieds, terrasse avec vue sur l'océan, espace repas pour tout l'équipage appareils de buanderie, armoires en merisier et appareils en acier inoxydable. L'emplacement de cette maison est dans l'endroit idéal. Observez les vagues sur le pont supérieur et passez par une courte promenade!

Great for a family vacation. Enough space to accommodate 12 of us! Including babies and kids. Elevator was handy as my mom was still recovering from knee surgery. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Walk to the beach was very convenient and parking at the access was easy as well if you really don’t want to walk. Management was easy to work with and get a hold of.

We have typically spent the grandkids’ Spring break at either Myrtle Beach or Outer Banks. We are so happy to have found Kure Beach. It is a very friendly town with great beaches and restaurants and only a few minutes from Carolina Beach.
Our rental was perfect, with ocean views and plenty of room for the whole family of seven.

House was perfect for our group of 11. Three king bed bedrooms with attached baths was a definite plus. Excellent location in residential area, one block from main road and very walkable to beach. Very well supplied kitchen.

The house is very nice and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. Great location for going to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Our biggest problem was check-in was supposed to be at 4. We planned all of our dinners at home to save money and we had 3 little ones that go to bed between 6 and 7 nightly. Cleaners finally finished at 7:30. Had to eat out which was very expensive. After unpacking, finally got the litlle ones in bed at 10 pm. The next 2 days were stressful due to 4 crabby children! Also, we always take shoes off at the door- our feet and socks were filthy after walking on the floors for 5 minutes. Otherwise it was very clean.We have not been offered any compensation for our inconvenience. I don't blame the owners, it is the rental company-iTrip. No one even contacted us that there would be a delay. We only found out when we went up to the door and couldn't get in and we contacted them.

It’s a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Short walk to the beach as stated. Well equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management company was also great to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Mar. Everything was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable, we had plenty of linens and towels, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the bathrooms were huge. We also appreciated all of the beach extras in the garage like beach chairs, toys, and extra beach carts/wagons. The beach was a nice, short walk away!

This is our 4th summer stay at Bella Mar.
Firstly, we enjoy Kure, nice and clean beach, not as crowded as nearby beaches.
Secondly, Bella Mar is adequately appointed, very light and well laid out. The balcony provides a tranquil start to each morning. Enough room for out extended family of 10 and we aren't all on top of each other!
Thirdly, block and a half to the beach via nearby access.
All of these equates to return stay next summer!
Madison and staff at itrip always provide timely communications before during and after the stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Bella Mar. We had absolutely everything we needed for the week. The house is beautiful and perfect for our family of 10 as well as the dog. The house is conveniently located near the beach, good restaurants and grocery stores. It also came furnished with beach equipment which made the kids happy.
The instructions provided prior to check in were very thorough and communications throughout our stay were easy and helpful. It was great to be able to reach out via text to get a quick response to our needs. If we’re ever in the NC area and in need of a beach home, we know who to contact.

My entire family and I thoroughly enjoyed Bella Mar during our stay at Kure Beach. The house is in an area of town that's not crowded, so there's plenty of space to spread out on the beach for our crew of 11.
The house itself was also spacious and all the essentials we needed.
We felt right at home during our stay and definitely recommend this location.

We had a wedding to attend at Ft. Fisher and needed a place for the whole family to stay. 3 generations. I was a little worried about having everybody in close quarters, but Bella Mar is not close quarters. It is beautiful and spacious and we all had plenty of room to be together or on our own.

Our stay at Bella Mar was great! The house was beautiful and clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with iTrip was easy and they were very responsive. The only disappointment was the fact that the elevator wasn’t operational as we had some older guests, but some things can’t be helped and everyone managed fine. I highly recommend this property!

Had a great long weekend with friends at Bella Mar. The room arrangement was very good for us. Proximity to the beach and Kure Beach board walk is excellent - even got a nice view of the ocean from the stylish Living Room. Beds were all comfortable. What's not to say. Very, very nice place!

The maid service definitely failed on this one. I do not believe the entire top level had been swept. Our feet were dirty walking around inside. Enough so that I took a picture. On one of our king beds, the top sheet was not long enough to tuck in. The first floor smells musty and king bedroom doesn't have anywhere to hang clothes or a dresser. The louvered doors to the room really don't fit the opening. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and no shelf or table to put items. It would be handy to have had something available and there is room. The top floor king bed has some sagging issues. We mentioned these things as well as the light that is burnt out. Now that it is getting darker earlier, you can't see the keypad without using your phone. We did mention it to the property manager and she apologized, but did nothing. There are plenty of extra pillows, but no extra pillowcases. The coffee maker probably needs to be replaced.

This rental exceeded our expectations! It was clean, spacious and steps away from the entrance to the beach! The beds were super comfortable, everything worked, WIFI was great, seriously there were no issues! The kitchen and upstairs living area was great with a beautiful views of the beach from the balcony. The property managers were very communicative and so pleasant. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

The Bella Mar is a great beach house that is absolutely bigger then it looks in the pictures, it easily accommodated all of my friends with room to spare, the walk to the beach is 2 minutes only and the area was very quiet. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about staying here to go ahead and book now.

If you’re looking for a large house in close vicinity to the beach then this is it! The condo is beautiful and all of the touches they put into it were greatly appreciated. I was on vacation, but with a kitchen like that I didn’t even mind cooking every day! I will say I wish there were more common items like sugar, flour, aluminum foil, and containers with lids (for leftovers). We just had to make an extra trip to the store to purchase the items so it wasn’t too big of a deal. The house is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and they really do have everything in the house you need to enjoy your days there. And less than a 10 min car ride brings you to the boardwalk. You definitely could walk to it, but I had a 2 year old and no stroller so we drove. We had a couple small issues and the property manager was quick to respond and was helpful. And there’s an elevator in case you missed that in the description. It made carrying the suitcases upstairs SO MUCH easier! If we come back to this area we will definitely stay here again.

Bella Mar was the perfect house for a beach vacation for multiple families. We had 3 families in total. I loved that this house had 3 master bedrooms so no arguments over who gets the master. Walking to the beach took 5 mins, which is great with young kids. A 10 minute walk to a few small shops, restaurants, and the Pier. Around 10 minute drive to Publix for groceries. We grilled daily with either the charcoal or propane grill. Kids enjoyed having the ping pong table in the garage. Management was quick to respond when the internet went down. I would definitely go back.

We loved our stay at the property ! The house has plenty of space and is so close to the beach and pier . We really loved the view of the ocean and enjoyed the porch . Can’t wait to visit again!
