No lift stop in some floors 😔 I had to carry the luggage by the stairs. No iron in the room! There is a common ironing room.

This hotel has no parking whatsoever and is advertised on booking .com with parking it is also on the second floor is a shopping mall so it’s not ideal if you have a car with lots of luggage !

The check-in went smoothly. We exchanged our cleaning service for a free drink (a nice eco-friendly option) and the person working behind the bar, Samwei (I really hope I'm spelling their name right), made us a really nice drink. The location was also optimal as it was right off the Konigsallee, which is a shopping street close to the Altstadt. The parking option close by was great and our overall experience was amazing. It was really nice to be able to go back to the hotel to rest in between shopping and dinner. The room was cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was not big but definitely big enough to suit the needs of two travelers. In case you are worried about the bathroom privacy, you can always close the curtain in between the bed and the shower and go to the bathroom next to the lobby.

There were only two sub-optimal things. The water pressure of the shower was weak. As we didn't ask, I don't know if this was due to issues or climate-friendly reduction of water usage. Because of this, it took a bit longer to warm up too. Aside from that, the shower was really comfortable and spacious. The other sub-optimal thing was that they(?) started drilling at 8.30 in the morning too. I'm not completely sure if this was not right outside the hotel, as there are construction works in various places nearby, but it sounded loud and as the hotel was not full, I do not completely understand why they placed us in a room they would be working close by to. Again, not a massive issue, just trying to think of things that were not completely perfect.

The hotel’s location is perfect. We are close to everything.

This hotel is extremely noisy. We had a lot of trouble sleeping. We heard doors slammed, people talking, we heard dishes. It was a nightmare. We asked for another room and it turned out that the noise was even louder than in the first chamber. We went to talk to an employee who said she couldn’t do anything for us. Her condescending attitude shocked me. Afterwards, when we went to the hotel, she hurried to talk about us to her colleagues, shouting with laughter. I found the day staff really rude compared to the evening. Also, the rooms are extremely tiny so it is to be considered if you like the more spacious rooms.

Breakfast and location below hotel big food court with lot of choices internally. Shopping mall, high class shops arround.

Entry hotel, room, Nothing, small room, small shower, when finished you need to step out in your room to finish all, all in all very small room. Parking very expensive and not with hotel… parking is close to hotel. Lot of stares.

Breakfast is amazing! You can find everything you imagine. Hotel has a good design,ambiance is 10/10. I will definitely stay again here. I loved the personnel, rooms, location. Cozy!

Good location close to the city center, making all city highlights in walking distance. Hotel has a good selection at the breakfast buffet and the bar at night has a variety of choices.

No one to help with the luggage and no big variety of Food and Beverage

The whole booking procedure and the communication is a desaster. No one ever picks up the phone, after several messages on an answering machine they hang up. Complete unprofessional service in the booking team.

Beautiful clean rooms. Close to Koningsallee and Altstadte, next to metro and busstop. Plenty of parking in surroundings. On every floor iron board, free tea. Cozy bar. Drinks for a very reasonable price.
