La Viletta is really amazing pleace, located close to center of Canneto but in a silent street. Has wonderful view. Alessia was extremly profesional and helpful, definitely excellent Customer Service and experience. Thank You !

Excellent customer service! Great communication, accomodating our needs (early check-in), warm welcome and complimentary coffee upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay in this cosy place with atmosphere of an exotic destination.

The whole staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, assisting us with scooter rentals, directions and also giving us a ride to the ferry. The location is very good, easily accessible from Lipari center by the bus (bus stop 100m from La Villeta), Canneto itself is very charming and calming location, including the beach with clean water. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. The breakfast was great and contained everything we wanted: bread, fruits, tomatoes, croissants, juice, cheese, ham, yoghurt, coffee etc.. The common areas were clean and spacious, the pool was clean and refreshing.
Overall, lovely welcoming atmosphere, highly recommended.

Paula is an exceptionally charming and cheerful host. She gave us a better room than we booked, was very helpful in everything and makes excellent espresso in the morning. Really nice room, everything new. Excellent beds and bathroom. Very good breakfast. By Italian standards even superb ;-). We loved the pool, the view and the whole place. Very friendly staff!

The staff was super kind and helpful. They also placed us in a better room since there were not many people due to covid. The room was sweet with an ocean view. It had all of the facilities that we had hoped for. A great pool and breakfast buffet in the morning.
We had expected the jacuzzi at the property to be warm, but it was cold. We were a bit disappointed since it was a cool evening and we were excited to sit in a warm jacuzzi. Also the eggs at the breakfast buffet had a rotten taste.

The pool and views are wonderful. The staff (especially Paoula) so helpful and super nice. The beds comfortable and the apartment had a full size washin machine and kitchenette. We only stayed 3 days so didn't use all that, but it's designed for comfortable longer stays.
Nothing, everything was great. A little further away (up hill) from port so you'll need means of transportation, especially in the summer heat.
