Lovely choice at breakfast.
Pre booking the sunloungers was interesting, not sure that everyone was participating, but we had no problem and always managed the lounger we wanted.

Amazing location and facilities. They gave me a room with a beautiful sea view.
They knocked on the door for service at 9:00. This was not acceptable. I spoke to the staff, and they were gracious. I imagine this will not happen to you.

Close to the main streets. Rooms are big and the view from the balcony was amazing. Bathroom had so many options( bath, shower, toilet, bidet) which was nice. Breakfast was good.
We was staying on the 5th floor, in room 551, and Internet connection was very bad, and most of the time disappearing at all. We called reception many times during the day, but, I guess, they was soooo busy to even check on our complaint, which is strange for 550 euros a night. Beach had so many rocks on the entrance to the sea.

Breakfaat is only until 10.00...its totally silly ..we missed the half days..this is a place for resting...why i must every morning wake up with stress about breakfast..
I gave 5 only for the breakfast..otherwise the breakfast is good and the manager antonis is very friendly and excellent organizing all

The hotel is clean and offers a spa and an indoor pool. The beach is beautiful. The breakfast offers a large variety but not high quality.
The staff is friendly and polite.
Overall food isn’t at a 5* level. The breakfast, though has a large variety has low quality ingredients, not what you would expect at a 5* hotel.
The a la carte restaurant and beach bars offer mediocre yet high priced food. Some dishes were ok, the pizza was inedible.
We chose the hotel for the kids club as our son loves going to these activities.
But the hotel doesn’t really have a kids club, it’s a windowless room with a person to look after the kids, television run’s always, though to be honest, it was shut when we asked. It’s like a nursery room, no outdoor activities are offered to the kids. So probably just ok for really small kids.

We loved everything, the pool is nice and big, nice beach, gorgeous rooms. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Yana at the front desk.

great location very close to restaurants and shops, private very comfortable beach, the system to book the sun-beds while your stay, cleanliness of the entire hotel, the temperature regulation for the hallways after the sea you don’t freeze:)

The food quality and variety in the bar near the beach, can be improved, also the prices are very high compared to peer restaurants in Ayia Napa

This venue is an excellence in Ayia Napa, fantastic location and facilities, very convenient parking, large swimming pool and great service both at the hotel and by the beach

The beach the hotel is located on is one of the best in Cyprus.
The sun beds and facilities at the beach are excellent.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable but they need renovation. They are a bit old fashion.
