Verouderde kamers en veel geluidsoverlast van de buren. Hotel kan er natuurlijk niet aan doen, dat de buren hun tv oorverdovend luid zetten.

Very small elevator, no A/C in the room which led to an uncomfortably warm room.

Extremely lovely and kind hotel staff. They were very accommodating and helpful with the check in process and assisting with parking and an area map. The room was very cosy and comfortable and the bathroom / shower was very nice.
The fact the hotel has no parking is a shame, but it's great there is free parking down the road during the week.

Almost everything was as I expected.
The staff was very friendly, but apparently their garage is a bit small! :) They tried to help me with my car, I preferred to park outside because of the very narrow entrance of hotel's garage. If you go there by car, keep that in mind.

Everything was great, even exceptional. The staff was very helpful, there was a parking opportunity which is really enjoyable. The location is exceptional as well as you are 50 m from the sea side.
Finally, the room were impeccable, decent size and also one next to the other with a special request accept for a Shower instead of a bathtub.
I have nothing negative to say. We really enjoyed our stay and it is one of Knokke's best hotels.

the rooms come without a kettle and fridge, which most hotels do offer, I didn’t ask in advance because I didn’t even think that we won’t have one.
so we couldn’t make a bottle for the baby, and we had to keep the refrigerated food, outside the window to keep it cool, but otherwise it’s a nice stay!
