The aircon was awful. My car was keyed in the carpark. Probably because I had a GB sticker.

Sat nav caused us to miss the turning, look for Kyriad hotel sign, it's next door.

Breakfast was good basic continental. Located close to the motorway. Good for an overnight en route stopover.

We had to change rooms twice as the drain in the shower smelt in the rooms we were originally given which were accessible rooms, not necessary for our requirements.

lovely English speaking receptionist, the room was on the ground floor, and it was spotless. very good value for money.

I would have loved a cooked breakfast, like scrambled eggs and bacon, I didn’t understand what the eggs in the basket were??

Nice, modern, clean room fairly large, air conditioned. Nothing at all to complain about. The receptionist was especially pleasant and helpful. We did not eat breakfast there. Heaps of restaurants within walking distance.

The Wi Fi was excellent except that it refused to operate on my husband’s iPad or phone but was perfect on mine. The hotel staff attempted to get it working for him, but could not do so. A mystery and very annoying.

Very basic breakfast, uncomfortable pillows, strange smell in the room, majority of the staff doesn’t speak English.
