The hotel is located near the city centre in an old city house built in the XIXth century, I suppose. It is a great opportunity to live a vintage lifestyle with all possible comfort features. The apartments are equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, cooking pads, electric kettle, comfortable king-sized beds and a modern TV set. There is a set of teas and coffees for you to have a great morning or a cozy evening without any need to go out. I liked the lighting very much, as you can choose it to be more Ambient or more functional. The Wi-Fi is great in terms of speed. The staff is very welcoming and usually speaks great English and sometimes Hungarian, which is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast can be served in the rooms (for no extra cost) or in the café, and is worth every penny.
There is not much to be honest, all of these are not too bad:
- the check-out is at 10:00 am, which is very early (can be 11:00am if you pay extra 10€, but still not that comfortable)
- the air conditioners in some of the rooms are a bit old and sometimes break. In our first room it was broken, and the staff changed the room at no extra cost. So you will definitely have the service you payed for
- the parking is not free, which was not clearly stated at check-in, and costs 10€ a day

the location very close to city center few min away. Very easy to find the hotel. Room was amazing , comfy bed and very clean. Polite and very helpful staffs. Jacuzzi was very useful to relax after a long day.
In breakfast , the fried egg was too dry not hot as it was prepared long time. freash egg would have been nice

Breakfast was delicious. The room was very large and luxurious, more than I expected or needed, to be honest, but it was the last available and made my stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quiet neighborhood
The hot plate, fridge, jakuzzi tub, hi-fi not working(The Jacuzzi fuse was also turned off). They apologized and we got an extra drink cooler.

I like the staff, all of them are very pleasant and helpful
I stay in this Apartment for 1 month. For the 1st until 3rd weeks having problem with WIFI connection. They apartment has 3 WIFI, (1 my Apartment hotel residence, Canceria, and the other one Kaverin) and all of them are slow even sometimes not connected. However, in the 4rd week they have another WIFI call aparmant and its better than others.

This was a nice place, with a separate working space suitable for online work. The apartment worked for three friends with differing needs. The reception staff were fantastic and very responsive to our requests. Thank you! The breakfast was great, everyone was happy.
Nothing much comes to mind. Just to be aware, like all Austro-Hungarian buildings, there are stairs :)

I cannot thank the staff enough for being professional and beyond accommodating. I would like to specifically thank Diana for calling me on the phone and making arrangements for my family , which got stuck on the border during the checkup and checked them in at 3 in the morning! For that alone, this hotel and its wonderful staff deserve all the praise in the world. The beds were very comfortable, the room was immaculate and the breakfast was plentiful, abundant and delicious. Thank you for everything!

This apartment was top class, service was outstanding and breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend to stay here! There is nothing better than to have your own private sauna and get breakfast served to your apartment during pandemic covid times! Another bonus points for being animal friendly Hotel! 10/10!!! Keep this level up and see you again! Coming back for my birthday:)

Dear staff,
Thank you for the pleasant stay and support. in Apartment nr.2. Private sauna and jacuzzi bath was great to have including the room. My girlfriend wasn't staying during the nights because of her work, never less I asked the reception if she arrives earlier at day , and I wasn't in apartment she let her pass through without any questions.
However I noticed the shower unit is a bit loose, needs to fix proper.
There is a glass door missing of the shower cell. This can cause water outside the shower cel and can cause slip and trip hazards even a towel on the floor wasn't efficient.
The shower head of the Jacuzzi needs to be cleaned or replaced with new shower head, because of dirt and residues inside the shower head can cause legionella bacteria.
Also check inside the bath tub for cleaning, lot of moister and i noticed insects, small sewer flies, means underneath bad there is moisture and these flies living in moisture areas. I know about these issues because I travel around the world slept in hundreds different hotels.
