Excellent location (close to the main station, near cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, good public transportation), rooms are spacious/Altbau), very clean, good wifi

staff a bit impolite, walls thin - rooms are good for a short stay! also, no kettle available, as was stated on the booking, which was all right for a short stay, but for alonger one would have sucked

Perfect location and super easy check-in.

Just few minutes walk from Hamburg main station. Additional blankets helped us in winter time.

Shower was not easy because of shower curtain. It folded toward me many times, and I moved to corner. So, I felt that the shower place was small. Because of sunday checkout, we could not store our baggage to information desk.

Great location, very close to the main station. I had a single room, it was pretty basic and it's not modern but it was comfortable and good for the price. It was also very quiet. It's close to lot of a cafes and restaurants.

Fantastic location, close to central station with restaurants and shops a few doors away if you need anything. The room itself was clean, warm and quite spacious, perfect for a weekend away.

The pillows, although great quality, were very soft, but that’s a personal opinion.

Very expensive and service was poor

We had booked two separate nights on the way and back as a stop in a longer train travel. We had asked for a baby bed for both nights, as we were bringing our one year old. The first night unfortunately the baby bed hadn't arrived and sleeping with him our bed was not an option. But the woman at the reception arranged for us to sleep in a (better) hotel right around the corner, so that was great service.

The knob of the shower was stuck in a very hot position. I talked to the receptionist about it, but he said you just needed more force to turn it. I didn't believe him though, as I almost broke the knob trying to turn it.

Location near the station therefore easy access to airport, had everything we needed for one night. A good night's sleep. The key pick up system worked well. Good size of room.

Late night there can be a bit of noise from the street. The room is basic but has all you need. The outside door is heavy and needs to be painted and the entrance area is a bit drab so just needs a bit of cosmetic work to make an improved first impression.

Our room was really comfortable and clean. Very quiet at all times which we loved. Location was excellent. The man in reception was really nice ,he let us stay on in the room when we had a late fight. Thank you ,we really appreciated it. Muriel ,Ireland

Very convenient and comfortable for a short stopover. Staff was very friendly. We arrived late and the reception was closed, but the lockbox system for the room keys worked perfectly. Cleaning was immaculate, beds comfortable and our rooms very quiet. Thank you!

One of the rooms smelled faintly of cigarette smoke.

in a nice area of Hamburg. Close to Railway station and great restaurants and pubs near by.
