Nothing it was all good!

Could have used a smart tv or something with Netflix. Couldn't watch tv and there were nights that we would have liked to do so. Had to watch movies on our laptop.

This place is just amazing! The minute you step in you get greeted with a wonderful receptionist Stana. She was so nice and helpful al the time. She definitely makes this place even more special! Our room was so beautiful. Cozy and clean. Small kitchen with a microwave and small fridge came handy. Location was excellent! So close to everything. The best restaurant right across from our door. We will be back for sure!💕❤️💕

The location was totally the best! We were in the city centre, we could take walks and discover the city with our baby boy. Also the apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We loved our terasse. The staff was friendly and caring. I was worried that maybe we can't travel to the Czech Republic with our baby during the covid regulations but Daniel called the embassy and asked for confirmation. Also Daniel's wife (if I am correct) was really helpful, and I could discuss with her the parking which I haven't checked correctly so we parked on the wrong place although they gave us clear instructions. I recommend this apartment especially with a baby.

The apartment was very cold although it was warm outside. I know it is because of it is half-underground but it was not so good with a small baby.

Daniel was lovely and kind, and very attentionate with us.

We enjoyed being right in the center of the city. Also, the manager was excellent: friendly, helpful and worked to make sure our stay was great.

A bit noisy at night with windows open. Probably true in most pensions and hotels in the center during the summer though.
