Location is superb. The owner is very welcoming and has created a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast is generous. Parking is very helpful and it is so close to the main square.

The apartment is very spacious. The view of the castle is excellent… a great place to snap some photos. The apartment is so close to downtown! It’s wonderful. The breakfast is excellent and the staff was very kind and made us hot chocolate and scrambled eggs! There is even a fun cellar with a pool table that my kids loved. The owner is the nicest lady. Probably the nicest person in all of Europe. :)

Eva was very very nice! The room was beautiful, with antique touch, the location from the bus station was perfect!. Eva was very very nice, really nice person. The view from the room was amazing. The pillows were fantastic!

Since this property is at outskirt of Cesky Krumlov town-center, our taxi driver can drop us at the doorstep. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the property to town-center or to the castle. Since the town-center is closed for public transportation during the business hours, we have seen travelers dragging their languages on the pebble-paved roads or carrying them up/down the winding stairways to/from their hotels in town-center (see enclosed photos). For this reason, I would say that our hotel is located at the right place. The owner of this hotel, Eve, has good taste of art. The hotel is decorated nicely. Ou castle-view room is large and conformable (see enclosed photos). We enjoyed a pleasant sleep there. Breakfast is modesty but adequate.

The breakfast was hand cooked personally ordered the day before. Theresa, the receptionist ,was super helpful. She gave us an orientation to the area, what to see where to eat, how to get there, and she cooked a wonderful breakfast. The pension was in a good location. Close to most of the major sights and good restaurants and bars. Olomouc is an amazing city on so many levels. Go there before it is discovered!

This is a beautiful hotel on perfect location, just accross the street to the old town. Receptionist Iva was very nice and helpfull and she explained everything we needed to know. Room is comfortable and clean. There is also a private and safe parking. We would always come back in the same hotel.

This hotel is in a very good location the old town center just cross a street. Room is very big with fully equipment and I can see castle view from our room . The owner is very kindness she can give any information about Cesky Krumlov. car parking is available and free.

The location is just at the entrance of the city. The view was great. I got the room with the castle view. The room size was ok not too small. The car parking was with no problem.

The water draining in the shower box of my roon was quite slow.
