The hotel is in a decent location although the street is quite noisy at night.
There was an awful smell from the plumbing in the toilet, water was also leaking from the bath cubicle to the toilet floor. This was reported but nothing done to fix it permanently till I moved out aside mopping the water. The room was stuffy with no air-conditioner working , and I had to leave the window open for fresh air, unfortunately, the window is facing a major street with accompanying noise from traffic making it difficult to sleep at night. It was a difficult experience and I will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

La camera pulita ed accogliente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Comodissimo per raggiungere la stazione. Comodo anche per fare shopping o visitare il centro.

Hotel Got great locations, 3min walk from Porat Susa stop and go bus to airport. Is 20 min walk to Porta Nuova. Is 10min from close city center and main Streets. You dont need any car to explore Turin

Vicino alla stazione e alla metro.
Durante tutto il pernottamento abbiamo avuto in camera una temperatura di 28.6º. Abbiamo dovuto passare le notti con la finestra aperta perché era un forno.
L’hotel è situato lontano dal centro 25 min a piedi, è vicino alla stazione e alla metro.
Personale poco cordiale
Durante la prenotazione vengono offerti i parcheggi ma al momento di riservarli sono già tutti esauriti. Abbiamo dovuto pagare 30€ di parcheggio alla stazione per 3 giorni.
Colazione poco variata e igiene pessima per quanto riguarda le stoviglie e i tavoli (se arrivi dopo alle 9.30 non c’è quasi più nulla da mangiare)

It had everything we needed for a short stay and travelling by train it was a perfect location.
One of our rooms had problems with the air conditioning

The position
It was a bit pricy, especially after moving to Spain where hotels are incredibly spacious and as nice as in Italy but the price is almost half.

room was on the small side and we paid extra for a superior room so not sure what standard would have been like.
the room was so hot and we had to have the window open all the time as the heating was set really high and we were there in December.

Nice, clean room in an old building. Great location about 20 minutes walking from the royal gardens. Nice breakfast.
Entrance is a bit dated. Breakfast in the cellar. One of the receptionists came out a bit rude during checkout.
