The apartment was very spacious and the view of the lake from the balcony was amazing. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The location was also good, with good places at the lake to stay and also restaurants nearby.

The pillows were a bit hard in the first night but then we asked for different ones in the reception and our wish was promptly attended. So, no problem at the end as well.

Nice location, nice accommodation, very good breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff.

We (a family of two adults and a three year-old) just spent a wonderful 10 days at the Hotel Residence Miralago. The location was great (two mins' walk down to Lake Garda and it's lake-front walk, the small beaches and the restaurants). The view from our large terrace was lovely and we looked right across the lake (make sure you get a room on the second floor). We had dinner there on several nights just watching the sunset and the boats. The accommodation was large, comfortable, peaceful, and included a basically-stocked kitchen. The swimming pool was clean and quiet. Our daughter loved it and was in there every afternoon after our days out around the lake. Breakfast was fine (except for the cappuccino which was not great) and the service was very good with attentive and helpful staff. We never normally go back to the same place twice but, actually, this time, we are considering another trip here next year. Really, a lovely holiday.

Very nice, quiet location but close to all needed facilities (restaurants, beach). Very big family rooms, bigger than expected, with a huge lake-view balcony. Interior of the room a little bit out-dated but extremaly clean. Fantastic, very helpful Staff. Fully remomendable stay, especialy for the families or for active people- a lot of awsome terrains for biking, running or swimming.
