Wonderful location: 5-10 min walk to the beach and train station.
Great budget option for people who just want the basic necessities and to still be in a great location. Very clean and tidy as well as a newly renovated bathroom.
There was only one power point in the bedroom, meaning you could not charge your phone whilst also having the fridge turned on.

Awesome big room, very spacious. Better than we expected with the photos we saw.
Had a kitchen with no utensils to cook, though it didn’t mention a kitchen in Facilties that where provided so can’t be too upset there. Location was at the top of the hill also so quite a strenuous walk.

Friendly staff. Perfect position in the town; quiet but a 2 minute walk to the Main Street. Comfy beds, clean and bright room and clean bathroom.

The location is very central, and I received good information upon check-in. Compared to other options in Riomaggiore, the price is fair if you want a clean and basic room just for sleeping in and spend all day out. If I were to travel to Riomaggiore alone another time, I would stay here again
I was cold at night (in May), an extra blanket would have been good. There was only one small window high up, so I would hope guests are agile in case of fire. Check out was at 11, but the cleaner came into the room without knocking at 10.45 - she apologized and left. Another cleaner came into the room at excatly 11.00 while I was closing up my backpack, and she rolled her eyes and made a rude remark at me for not having left yet.

The hotel is charming but now view, however in a great location- near everything!
The room was very clean, complimentary coffee in the room. The day upon arrival
I was able to store my luggage with them while hiking.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The bed was too hard as well as the pillow. As the hotel did not offer breakfast I had to go elsewhere to look for it- minor challenges! There were no international TV channels available only local ones...High price but I suppose that is the season & supply/demand that concludes this on a daily basis.

Good location, clean, friendly staff with helpful information
Room is small without lots of natural light (as advertised/expected) but Cinque Terre is beautiful and we weren't there for the room

They cant' guarantee wifi in every room, so I was pleasantly suprised to have good connection in my room. I liked the view from my window. Had I nice stay in this place, stayed only one night, but could have stayed longer.
As mentioned in other reviews, I could hear everything from the other room.

We booked a double room and a triple room.
The double room was up to expectation with shelves, enough space for luggage and small area with table and chairs to have coffee, the bathroom was decent size.
The triple room was small for 3 persons, there was only one cupboard, the bathroom was tiny with hardly any space to turn around.

Hello,
The staff was super nice and helpful.
They even helped us with information about the town and it was helpful.
Thanks

The location in Riomaggiore could not be beat! We were right off the main street and not a far walk from the train station or marina—maybe a 5 minute walk. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Plus the view from our window was absolutely gorgeous. It was quiet at night and we felt safe walking around at any time.
I didn't realize there wasn't free wifi included in our stay but honestly it wasn't a big deal since I had a European data plan. Although if I didn't, it probably would've been a bit more difficult to navigate the rest of our trip.

The room was clean and the AC made it very nice.
It was kind of small but still okay.

Lovely staff and great location. Provided towels, shampoo, soap and a folder of useful info as well as a discount for the next door restaurant.
Shower was quite broken and bathroom in general wasn't great

The room was more spacious than expected. It wasn’t quite what any of the pictures details - luckily it was nicer. We had a kitchenette that mostly when unused, except the fridge, which we stored our water in. The bed was comfortable enough and there were extra pillows in the wardrobe. The air con worked well. It was close to all the local amenities. Fresh towels and daily clean!
Eleanor was a lovely, welcoming & informative host who was both approachable and friendly. The following day, we were met by a different lady at reception who was frankly rude and raised her voice at us more than a few times, saying to “listen to her” when we were merely trying to collaborate to understand what she was saying. Hoping it was just a loss in translation but I felt shocked, as did my friend, that anybody, especially a paying customer, would be spoken to that way. We felt uncomfortable to approach reception again because of it. Otherwise everything else was very good.
The steps, but it goes without saying that you have to climb to your apartment wherever you are in Cinque terre!

Good location. Decent view.
Little bit of a step walk up to the room.
Surprisingly given the location, it was noisy at night. I think this was due to other people staying near by rather than passers by.

The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. There is an AC, TV and hair dryer in the room.
The girl checking us in wasn't very friendly and one of my bags of things was thrown out from the room and it was NOT garbage so I lost a painting I had brought from Rome :(

Extremely small room and no light from outside. Only very small window in the room. Breakfast was supposed to be including but it wasn’t.

The location of the room is in the middle of town, so it's great. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a nice air conditioner that kept the temp in the room very comfortable. The view from the window was beautiful and the room was quaint and cute.
The room is very small and there is nowhere to put your things. Suitcases must go on the floor, which I dislike in a hotel. The bathroom is not ventilated and gets very warm and stuffy when taking a shower. You must dry your hair in your room and not the bathroom because if you close the door, it gets too hot, and if you don't close the door, it's disturbing to the neighbors. The shower curtain needed to be changed.

The room was perfectly located in the Cinque Terre area, although you definitely have to walk several stairs. It was a bit confusing when looking for the main office but not impossible. The staff greeted me and was very kind and helpful. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe. The bed was very soft and comfy! For a traditional beach with sand, I recommend Monterosso. However, traveling from town to town was fairly simple. I was there for 1 1/2 days and made it to all 5 towns.
carrying luggage up the alley was rough so be prepared!
