a little dated

This small family hotel has the greatest ownership and staff. They worked to arrange transfers from Milan and to add it has a Michelin rated restaurant!

The breakfast was very nice in parts. The brioche buns were fabulous but the jam pots weren’t filled once they were empty leaving pre packaged jams as the only choice. A shame as the jam in pots were homemade and very good. Hams and cheeses were served and chosen by the waiters so didn’t always get what one would have chosen. Plenty of cups of beverages. Our dog was welcomed with open arms which was very nice. The room was charming and had adequate storage for clothes. Garage parking was very good. As I have a slight mobility problem a stool was provided for me to use in the shower. This hotel took their guests needs very seriously.

Although the en-suite bathroom worked very well it was a bit dated. There was a handheld hair dryer as well as the standard snake on the wall type which are never very easy to use. The music from the bistro adjoining the hotel was very loud and intrusive. The formal restaurant was quite expensive.

The staff were amazing. They accommodated the gluten free needs of my coeliac child without hesitation. Rooms were absolutely spotless. Fridge in room a nice surprise Staff were amazing.

Being super picky - one of our rooms had no tea or coffee facilities. Communal areas upstairs a little bit tired?

We had an amazing room with three different views of lake garda, including one from the bathroom. The staff were really helpful, there's a handy bar next door, it's right on the lake.

There's not a lot of vegetarian food on the menu, and what there is isn't very filling. Also, there's not many other places nearby to go for a second dinner.

Very nice little hotel. Perfectly located in front of the pier for the boat to Como. Especially nice because this village is not located on the main road (goes in a tunnel) and therefore the street has limited traffic. We had a room (#32) with marvelous view on the lake. Breakfast is good (for Italy) without being spectacular, but you can order omelets etc. The breakfast area outside is cosy.

It's not a critique, but more for information: 1/ of course the room is rather small, but you have a separate niche to deposit your luggage, in front of the small closet. 2/ Garage is available, you do need some parking skills to get in the narrow space, but also here, nothing more than what you need on the small local roads anyway.

A wonderful, family run establishment in a perfect location. A very quiet and comfortable room. The food here is first class and worth dining here, even if not staying. Very professional and courteous staff, make this a must stay option, but book early!!

It is a super nice hotel. Comfortable beds, pretty rooms & very friendly staff. The village of Moltrasio is also very cute and worth a stroll.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Stopping to unload and load luggage near the hotel could have been difficult but for the help of the kind patron who took our cases in on arrival an fetched the car himself from the garage on our departure, We had an excellent dinner on the terrace with great service and we slept well !

Charming hotel, with perfect view of the lake (there was a balcony as well) and surrounding gardens and villas. The room was large and nicely decorated, with all the comfort of a 4-star hotel in Italy. Their parking is close to the hotel and the ferry station is just in front of it. Excellent service for breakfast.

Understated luxury

Family run hotel. Absolutely delicious food. Kitchen staff were extremely helpful. As were reception staff. Great location with lake view. Bellagio across the water. Would definitely revisit.
