Nice location and the staff was friendly

The room was tight and the staff insufficient (number assigned) because the hotel was really busy, two times I had to go to the reception because they didn’t pick up the phone, the excuse is that they were not enough to attend all the needs of the guests.

The location was fine for our needs,breakfast was OK but could have been better for a four star hotel

No possibility of obtaining any food after breakfast. Coach parties seemed to be more important than normal paying guests

Well nothing this time, it was disappointing being our 38th Wedding Anniversary this was suppose to be a special occasion holiday spending 8 days in Portugal and 10 days in Spain. Beds were OK, bathroom was excellent. There's nothing more I can say. This was our 2nd visit, the first one was excellent, room location and how superior it looked.

On this visit the room was like a travelodge stay back in UK, ok but disappointed as we payed nearly double of last visit. Breakfast was absolutely rubbish, I'm sorry to say that 😔, but reasons why? I'm Disabled, Diabetic and also have high blood sugars among other issues. The bacon was very very salty, there was NO Pork sausages (only hotdogs and they are not Pork Sausages), the eggs looked disgusting with so much water in, it looked splongy and no baked beans. You know what the English love most?? Full English Breakfast consisting of Pork Sausages (not chorizo or hotdogs type), good Bacon (unsmoked not salty), Baked Beans & Fried or Boiled Eggs, Scrambled Eggs cooked well without water Sorry if I'm being too honest, you asked (What Didn't You Like) I gave my honest opinion. If I'm to come back here and to spend that amount of money I would expect a satisfying Breakfast like in UK and a room worth its money.

The whole car park was taken over by support vehicles for the National Vuelta and we had to park in the street and carry our luggage from the car to the hotel

The best was that we only stayed 1 night

There was no working internet, the staff wasn't helpful, the parking is on the street, the pool was extremely dirty with a messy garden and the pigeons were swimming in the pool. The room smelled awful. Overall the whole place needs a complete refurbishment Not worth for the money!
