The swimming pool was good, beds were comfortable.
Noise every night, horrible food we found two insects inside the salad/rice, towels were not changed everyday even if requested at reception.

Lack of info given by staff at checkin , such as where the lift and restaurant were.. I had to ask about stairs and lifts.

The hotel was really good. Excellent staff and everything very clean. The breakfast and dinner was very good as well. The hotel was a few minutes walking from the beach with very good irish pub.

Very friendly staff, the lack of English tv was an issue but eventually solved Fter 3 nights without.the bar lady from Estonia was always smjng and very helpful.
The animation team at the beginning of the week were extremely poor but the Friday and Saturday girl wS very good.

Location and staff were great.
Room was dirty on arrival - hairs in the bathroom and ants in the room. Room was dark and dingy on level -1 with no balcony and asked to move multiple times and told no. The room was extremely noisy and had no wifi signal. They said to put the towels on the floor if you wanted them changed but then didn’t change them on 3 days of the week so just hung the dirty towels back up. We were all inclusive however the main bar didn’t give you water included and the pool bar stopped serving AI snacks after a few days of our stay which is one of the main all inclusive attractions.

Room below the ground floor level, tiny bathroom, broke sofa, broke mirror, spider and bed makes noise every time you move.

We had worm like creatures appear in the apartment.
Breakfast was good on the first day.
Day 3 the choice was not as good.

the location is good you have pubs and shops around and the beach is 10 mins away, and if you like party at night you have Yumbo Centre 15 mins away. The room was Clean and spacious. The housekeeper were really lovely
well considering that is a 3 stars Hotel you get what you pay for, the food wasn’t that nice , specially the breakfast very poor, and in the pictures they got king prawns they never serve that. you can’t smoke at the pool you have a designated smoking area which is understandable but really you are in a open space outside plus that is very fare, the sun-beds didn’t have enough umbrellas.
the drinks at the bar very poor , and plus that the guests were over 60 most if them , all in one is good value of money it was cheap but I don’t think I will come back!

the stuff 0 serves not friendly and they are very horrible and there’s no air conditioning and the room look different in Foto and far way from yumbo center so I don’t recommend it as advice from me

The rooms were clean
Food was disgusting, really was a waste of time paying AI. Maria was the only member of staff that was really friendly and a great help. Sadly it was the only member of staff that was really helpful. When chatting with other guests we also found out we paid more than others. Way more! We will never be back.

Basic, clean, good value, great location.
B&B and breakfast was a bit disappointing so wouldn’t bother next time but would stay here again.
