The pool was fantastic but not headed (suggest via solar panels) and very cold in Maj. The staff tried thier best but service was missing. They could earn more money if they e.g. asked for orders at the pool. But they did not. Sometime towels was missing at the pool. It was not possible to eat dinner at the hotel, or they forgot to tell us so we did not know you could have snacks during the day. breakfast was average and if you asked for e.g an omelette they did actually not know how to make it. The fan at the bathroom sounded like a jet-motor. Not much water was coming out of the shower. All facilities was there to have a 5 star hotel, but the last initiatives and service and probably also money seemed to be missing

bath tub with was in a tiny room and we had to change rooms to one without a bathtub in order to have a view

We travel to Alba truffle festival every year and finally found the property where we definitely will go back to. The views are incredible, the rooms are wonderful, breakfast excellent.

Awesome location, great staff, private car park, helped us sooo much with a small car problem we had - translation, contacting, chasing, all sorted. I visited this place 19 years ago on business and always vowed to go back - so glad I did - lovely place, views across the valley staggering ! The local restaurant La casa was very very special - architecture, food and of course the wine - barolo a speciality. Will return at our 1st opportunity
