Andreas and Anna were very accommodating and pleasant . The facilities are clean and is suitable to families. The pool was heated, well kempt and is good size. Pool water is very soft with no smell of chlorine and was never crowded. There are available facilities like tennis court, bbq area, pingpong, card games and most of all the Jacuzzi that provides great view of the lake at night. The garden is very relaxing with lots of sunbeds where you can enjoy reading a book under an olive tree. The main Lazise centre is only 10-15 minute walk from the accommodation. The location was very relaxing and provides a great view of the lake and city at night. This accommodation is NOT the type which will squeeze every penny for any facility or service . This is the type of stay that will entice you to come back again. We had a lovely time in this place . Thank you Andreas and Anna.

Swimming pool was great.

We loved it. Everything was great. We will be visiting again .

A shower mat would have been useful but we managed.

Big rooms and the location was good. The views from the balcony were lovely too.

For very little effort, this place could easily be 3*. It’s looking a little tired especially compared to the photos listed on booking.com. With a little extra effort it could look nice again, there were weeds around the poolside and the bedside tables could do with a touch of paint etc. The balcony and poolside furniture weren’t the most comfortable as they were very basic with no cushions.

The hosts are very nice in giving tips on what to do and Andrea helped us by arranging a different room without stairs after one of us hurt her knee. The pool is great and the view of the lake from the top balcony apartments is super! Rooms are equipped with induction cooking, which worked very well for us. Location is great, nearby the centre of Lazise and easy to get to the north and south of the Garda Lake by car. Would recommend this location to others for sure.

The jacuzzi was a bit cold, but that didn't make the view less amazing for a great experience! If this is the only point I can think of... I guess that says enough too.

The hotel has everything you need on a vacation. Walking distance to the lake, restaurants and winery (tour and tasting there are highly recommended), very nice pool and garden for lounging with sun beds and tables. And on top of that come pingpong table, kicker table, tennis court with squash area and grilling area. Very interesting set-up. The family is taking very good care of the facilities and the guests.
