Kaksikerroksinen huone oli mielenkiintoinen joskin hieman epäkäytännöllinen. Maisemat olivat kauniit. Parkkihalli.
Nettiyhteys huoneessa oli surkea. Suihkusta tuli liian kuumaa vettä, vaikka hana oli ihan kylmällä. Sijainti korkealla rinteessä oli hieman hankala.

Amazing view, very friendly staff. Perfect parking spaces.
The night shutters wouldn't close on one of the windows. It's a pretty steep walk back if you go anywhere on foot. However, you have everything you need at the hotel and a little grocery store for some drinks is pretty close.

Really nice staff (perfect English, however some staff could not speak Serbian/Montenegrin language which is odd considering the hotel is in Montenegro).

The location is quite a while from the city center by foot (uphill on the way back to the hotel). Nothing major and that's a minus on my end for not doing proper research.
The sauna, albeit advertised did not work.
A bit pricey but I guess it's like that in the majority of Ulcinj in 2023.

The hotel food was great, unfortunately we came before the season started so the restaurant wasn't fully operational. I saw others comment how there isn't much diversity for breakfast and in truth there wasn't, but what was available is really good with a little variety in pastries.
The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service! I would love to come back again if possible. I encourage you to enjoy the view either from the hotel room or from the restaurant/lounge-pool area it is definitely worth the visit.
The location is a bit far from the busier streets, so if you are without any kind of transport or vehicle it will take a bit of effort.

It was very quiet place for rest, yet it had very beautiful view and easy access to the city center. Parking was always available also.

We had a super nice holiday at the Hotel Haus Freiburg. The hotel absolutely lived up to expectations. We feel extremely comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The food was delicious and most of the guests were super nice. The owner personally took care of our well-being. He was extremely polite and very courteous. We already miss the hotel and have decided to book only this hotel out of all the hotels in Montenegro.

The place is amazing, very very clean, rooms are very comfortable, the staff is always there for you, big thanks to Ema, she is a wonderful host! I highly recommend Lobby Freiburg, quiet and comfortable hotel, the food is delicious, swimming pool very clean, and the View of the ocean is mesmerizing. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰🥰

The hotel was closed. We waited 1hour before the door. We called on the number a lot of times. And we still didn't received our money back!!!!!

The staff was very kind and the property is very comfy. There is parking space andthe pool is amazing . The best beaches in small plaza are close to the property.
Walking distance is not big but a bit steep. If u have a car takes 2-3 minutes to reach the plazas .

We got clean towels nearly every day and the apartment was cleaned regularly.
The owners were helpful and friendly.
There wasn't anything that we didn't really like, so I would just say that we had the penthouse apartment and there is no lift, so be prepared to lug your luggage up lots of stairs (although I am sure the reception staff would help).
