The rooms where just what you need. it was greatly located close to the sea and other shops. easy check in

The kitchen wasn’t really well equipped with what you would need, even for basics and all the kitchenette wasn’t clean.

I was double-charged and neither the hotel nor booking.com solved my problem

We were with 6 and got room 102 103 and 104, three rooms sharing a huge roof terrace overlooking the lake! Our rooms all were big and had three singels beds, a kitchen with frige, airco, a bath room with toilet, bath/shower, free soaps from the Dead See, Very good over all! Aviv provides free parking, which is great. Breakfast was excellent, the best ever in Israel. It is served till 11 a.m in the Emily Hotel next door. They speak a bit of Dutch at Aviv :)

Nothing, we loved this place. A few steps away from the lake and the old town of Tiberias. We could not make use of the small swimming pool of Emilys Hotel. But that was not an issue: we did some swimming in the Lake.

View was good. Location was good.

Dirty, staff was rude or asleep. Breakfast was non existent. Hotel was dated and junk lying everywhere. Staff was asleep on the couch in the morning when we came down from our room. We were highly dissapointed in the hotel.

Great location. Car parking space right in front. Breakfast at next door hotel (same owner) very good. Working A/C.

Rooms could have been a little cleaner / aired out. Bathroom a little outdated.

the front desk person changed my room and gave me his parking spot as there were none available. He could do nothing about the poor locks and loud noise coming from children within and the hostel next door of course. Amir was wonderful!

poor security. front desk often unoccupied. very thin walls. quite noisy and room lock was VERY poor. The ownership made it very hard to move to his better property.

Room dusty and not clean. Chandelier had disgusting brown layer of dust very visible. Bathroom floor dirty. No towels on arrival. Good-sized bathroom HOWEVER, no towel bars or any hangers in bathroom to hang towels! Towels thinnest I have ever experienced in any country or establishment. Poor maintenance - door to balcony jury rigged and when wind picked up it was coming inside strongly. Fridge frizer not clean and odor in part of kitchen. Sheets very thin (see pattern of mattress). Blankets too short for bed. Grounds not maintained- garbage on this property and on the next door property (Emily's) owned by same company.

We've stayed at the Aviv several times over the years and it is a very nice hotel with helpful staff. The room is just the right size and even has a nice little kitchen with the necessary amenities. At our request, they provided us with a room with the beautiful view of the Sea of Galilee.

Rooms are outdated

The rooms are not soundproof at all, unlike what is advertised. There was a group of people below our room that had some sort of party, were talking loudly and singing for hours, and we heard it in the room as if it was happening in it

I liked the arrange rooms with very big terrace balcony for BBQ and dancing space
