Excellent location. Wonderful refurbished quite room. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is just amazing. For sure coming back soon.

This place is clean, they have very comfortable beds, Very welcoming staff, beautiful view of the keneret. Just an awesome stay.

The room was big and well designed. The view from the window was amazing. The location was great!

- the facilities wasn’t what we expected it to be. The pool was shady without any sunny places to sit in, and the water was super cold, the gym was closed and without many equipment, the lamp and tv in our room weren’t working properly. - the breakfast wasn’t good at all! The bakery, cheese and vegetables wasn’t fresh, and the verity was small. - parking is close but it’s a non convenient place to park in. - we had 2 simple requests from the staff at the reception (get the room cleaned, and bring us new towels) And they said “sure sure” but non of the above was done. The staff wasn’t nice or pleasant, and they were impatient.

Clean room

Location up on a hill while the parking is down below. U need to climb every time...Staff terrible, An alarm in the middle of the night and no answer from the reception on anyones from the hotel. Expensive and not worth the price.

We took the suite with the hot tub inside it was very very nice, the food wasn’t so good but other than everything was good, the service was excellent and the location is very nice with nice views
