They gave us an upgrade, without us even requesting for it. I prenotated a room without a view of the lake, and to our surprise, they gave us the room directly facing the lake. It is really a gift for us. They do not know that it is our wedding anniversary. The staff is so friendly, food is very nice and abundant, and the whole facility is well-maintained.

The parking is not guarded, but still the place is very safe and tranquil.

Excellent property with breathtaking location and views. Terrace is very spacious , you just want to sit there , enjoy breakfast or a drink and just..look. and look. and look at the views and lake some more. Apartament is very well supplied with everything you need, there is no stove , but you have induction plates to cook. Plenty of restaurants nearby (italian, austrian, mexican cuisine..)in Steindorf or nearby Bodensdorf, most with fresh delicious fishes from the Ossiacher See. SPAR supermarkt very close by car. Beach is out of a dream:).Whole property is overflowing with colorful flowers. Pets are loved by staff and are very welcome for small fee. Director Mario was very helpful and sympathic guy! We will definitely be back!

Underground parking is a challenge, but there is plenty of parking space above , so it is a very minor problem.There is nothing really that one can seriously complain about , its pure holiday enjoyment there in a breathtaking Carinthia:)

We were very happy with the breakfast. The choice is very varied. I would especially praise the TOP quality of the food. The lady who prepares the breakfasts was extremely helpful and kind. I like the concept of breakfast. The location of the hotel is good. We enjoyed the sauna by the lake, which also offers swimming in the icy water of the lake.

We enjoyed the special room concept (artsy) as well as the breakfast concept (you'd go "shopping" with a basket at a little indoor market that the hotel set up, then have your breakfast in your room/your room's balcony). The view from the balcony onto the lake was amazing. We also enjoyed the spa/sauna area and the staff was very friendly and helpful, too.

The rooms and the lobby were quite overheated (went there in October, always had to turn down the heat when we got back from a trip).

It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area around the Ossiachersee, Gerlitzen and Villach. The apartment was great and we were very welcome with our dogs. The dog beach is small - but there is a dog beach which is very rare. The breakfast buffet with local specialties leaves no wishes open. I look forward to my next visit, hopefully not as long in the future as it took the last time.

The "hotel" and staff is great, although there are some things that were a little bit different to other hotels. First one is the breakfast - you choose what you like (the range is just ok) and take it with you in glass packages to your room and eat there. What I missed was a dishwasher in the room, as you have to clear all the things on a daily basis.We have had a good weather, but otherwise I would be a little bit stuck in the winter with the heating system - quite confusing. We have has a ground room with a direct access to the lake, which was good. The pool is also ok and was empty most of the time. There are a lot of things to do with children around and the location is good, so overall a good stay!

As mentioned before, I would appreciate a dishwasher in the room

The view was excellent. Apartment was very spacious. Great location

Indoor Swimming was to cold. Bed linen was not changed during the week. Kitchen utensils in the Apartment could have been better. Eg Newer and in better condition. The decking on the terrace is need of repair.

Perfect location, the room was comfortable, modern and a beautiful view to the lake. The staff is very kind and helpful and they served breakfast every day to our room. The wellness parts were also very good. We had a nice stay here for our ski holiday.
