The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms and the hotel was clean. COVID prevention rules where really respected

- The bathroom was not well designed. It was imposible to shower without splashing all the bathroom floor and the drain was sooo bad that it wouldn’t drain properly. Basically the bathroom floor was wet almost all the time during our stay - there was not even a shelf to put toiletry items in the bathroom. The made left the extra toilet paper on the toilet seat :( - the handles, mirrors and other items where worn off. Clearly in need of replacement - coffee at breakfast was horrible

We did like: + the staff + the pool + the breakfast + the size of the balcony + the view of the mountains + the flowers and plants from the garden

We did not like: - the thin doors from the rooms - every noise from the hallway can be heard in the room - the glass door between the room and the bathroom - the shower does not have a protection to the rest of the bathroom, so everything gets wet in the bathroom

A really nice hotel by the seaside, staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy. Definitely would visit again!

Everything was perfect. The staff was nice, the food was tasty. Good place to stay!!!

Unfortunately our stay in the hotel was a disappointment from the beginning to the very end. The breakfast was every day the same, low quality of products, non-cozy atmosphere. The hotel is actually situated in the third line considering the beach. You need to walk 5 min on a dusty road to reach the beach. Not such a big deal, but from the photos of the hotel I thought it was closer. Overall very bad choice for accommodation. We were with a small child and we hoped to very different experience, but it was a hard and unpleasant stay. The only positive thing was the garden and in my opinion the only professional in this hotel is the gardener.

Sorry to say but I would definitely not recommend the hotel because of so many things: - very small rooms, no space for anything literally - bad ventilation and air-conditioning and bad smell especially in the loby. -absolutely no relax. Heavy noise from morning to the late hours in the night. There is a construction site right next to the hotel. The pool bar is working till late in the evening and some of the rooms are just above the pool. So try to open the window... -there wasn't enough hot water - twice during or stay; and when we seek for some help we were told to leave the water running for 15-20 min for hot water to come. Really??? - you get room cleaning in every 3 days. So I was supposed to request additional cleaning all the time and calling the reception to clear our bin. In this hot temperatures is completely ridiculous do not to take out the trash every day and we were supposed to think about that all the vacation. - no room service, no nothing, so if you get hungry outside the restaurant working hours find yourself another solution. Thanks God there are enough restaurants near by. - the team doesn't react professionally and didn't actually helped with any of our requests.

-Hotel close to the beach -breakfast was good, you have a lot to choose from -pool is looking really nice (but didn't went to it :) )

- espresso and cappuccino not included in the breakfast , you pay extra for it. The coffee included is not too good - the bathroom didn't had a ventilation and you make a lot of water around while showering.

The hotel overall was very nice, with a wonderfull garden and pool. The parking was ok, the garden was very clean and well maintained, the pool was clean, and was cleaned every night with a robot.

The rooms are very small with a very small bathroom, the humidity in our room was very high, with all in the room feeling wet, the bathroom is very small with no door or anything at the shower, that leading to water all over the place when taking a shower..
