Away from the crowds but still easy to walk to the main centre. Rooms well presented and staff were all excellent. Very good breakfast

Sirmione peninsular (and this location in particular) is a trek to get to if coming in on public transport - if staying at this hotel, I would recommend you book a cab from either the main bus drop-off point or direct from the train station.

Location was perfect! If you travel with car, make sure you book a parking space in front of the hotel - it is paid, but worth the money! The hotel is 100m away from the spa center! The personnel was helpful in making a reservation for the spa! Breakfast was excellent, although there is no block table - you have to pick things you would like to have in advance once you check in!

It was cold, they did not have heating in the hotel, although there was an air conditioning, which did not work on purpose! The bathrooms were not fully equipped, quite old and some of the facilities there were malfunctioning - the toilet, the shower cabin! Rooms are quite narrow and nonfunctional!

The owner was not nice.we parked in a field at the time we were only car. Later he saiid we parked wrongly and he was very rude.

Very nice staff, nice rooms but a very small portion of the view was the lake, good for a short visit.

No option to make coffee in room, was charged 3 euros just to have a drink while waiting 25 minutes for check out. When you arrive by car you need to drive inside the ZTL, they assist you with authorities but you still need to drive inside the city where all the people are walking.

The hotel Serenella was exactly what we expected from a family run 3 star hotel for our 5 night stay. Location wise it is perfectly placed in a quiet position but just a 5 minute walk from the main town and attractions. The rooms were themed, well decorated and clean. Beds were firm and comfortable, the shower was great with hot water constantly available. We had a second floor balcony room with views of the lake. The staff, especially Silvia were helpful and attentive, Breakfast had to pre-orderd for our entire stay because of the coronavirus, there is however a wide choice of excellent food. The pool area was again clean and well kepted and very welcome at the end of the day.

There was nothing we didnt like, the hotel met all our expectations.

Lovely family conduction Hotel, all well organized, good position and car parking at few minutes.

A charming little hotel run by a very friendly and serviceminded Italian family and staff. We stayed in a spacious suite with balcony, and the restaurant served delicious home cooked meals. Perfect location, and just a few minutes walk to the center of the old town and to the beach. The swimming pool and snack bar was perfect for a little pause in the afternoon.

The aircondition could have worked better during the hottest days.

Lobby was one of the kind! Man feels like at home. Breakfast was surprisingly reach for an Italian hotel with self made fresh orange juce and aromatic italian coffee :-) Also a nice view from the hotel roof direction Desenzano and from the room with a balcony direction olive garden. Verry quiet area only 5 minutrs walk to Sirmione historical center with a number of restaurants...

Sometimes a bad smell when no wind outside of the hotel, most probably from thermal suroundings or street drain :-(
