People are very nice. The accommodation is basic. It’s cheap and near the station and it’s clean.

I stayed at "The Liberty's" to avoid the high cost of staying in Lyon during the Festival of Lights. The parking was so convenient which is a must. And the train was right behind the hotel about 3 to 4 minutes away. My plan worked perfectly. The staff was so friendly and check in went perfect. The pub below my room was perfect. The bartender made some very delicious drinks. The atmosphere in the pub was really nice. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice as well. I will for sure stay here in the future if I make it back to Lyon for another Light Festival in the future or to just visit the area again. I love those French Pastries and all the foods.

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. I was 100% pleased and happy with my stay. The only problem I had was that I had to leave.

the room was tony and located on a second flor with a strange starować but it was not a big problem.

Cozy room, no frills. The longer we were there the more I liked it. The bed was firm but comfortable. We brought in take out food and we were able to bring a carafe of wine from the downstairs pub up to our room. Room was very clean. Fresh towels everyday.

Supposed to have a deluxe double but the room was tiny at the top of the spiral staircase. Not very inviting and all felt a bit old with a plastic concertina door in the bathroom. It was clean enough but the reality didn’t match the photographs.

Very good value for money

- Description says free parking but it's not true, there is only street parking which is paid during the day. The street did not feel safe to leave a car full of things that we needed for our long trip. - Noisy pub just below the hotel rooms.

Clean, service of employee with check fine. I booked it because was heading north but was not aware that the hotel was not close to the highway.

Parking can be arranged. They have secured boxes but you pay €9 and that’s too much according to me. Walking distance from hotel, 300 meters or so. For travelers with a packed car full of personal stuff it is a must to take secured garage.

The place was very convenient - the city center, all the shops and restaurants and pubs are nearby. Very cozy hotel, nice room service, the room was very clean and cleanED during my stay every day, everybody is very friendly.

The bathroom was cozy but no border in the shower, so the water was all over the place even despite the shower cloth. On the fourth day it was a suspicion that something was wrong with the pipes itself, but I haven't checked. The window opens to the stairs, so the only way to refreshen the room is to open it and share your privacy with everybody :) not bad, but not very good))

The bar below (Irish Pub), the friendly staff, opportunities to eat in the neighborhood and the possibility to park the car in a private garage box. Even on a Thursday the pub was filled with locals and had a very nice atmosphere. (I had the room above, but dit not hear it when we went to bed)
