Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und der Blick in den Kurpark traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Es wurde auf unserem Wunsch hin am Ankunftsabend ein Tisch für uns in einem sehr schönen Restaurant reserviert. Großes Lob dafür. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Hier galt es noch, den Gast wirklich zufrieden zu stellen. Man könnte sagen, das Personal ist mit Herzblut dabei. Diese freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung findet man nur noch selten. Das Hotel kann man wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I'm sorry the morning receptionist felt a bit nervous in her interaction with me - she was intrinsically also very friendly and the result of our interaction was perfect anyways. Our rooms were quiet and the internet worked, the bed was comfortable and there was a decent hairdryer, which I really appreciate. Thank you for the little sweat welcome treat.

the room was spacious, warm and practical. we had enough space to put our luggage. the beds and the mattresses were super comfy. breakfast was decent, lady working at the breakfast area was very sweet and helpful. location is very central, close to the park for a beautiful walk by the lake and to the center.

Very nice hotel across the street from a wonderful park. Many choices of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast and a charming lady who manages the breakfast.

Relaxed, high quality but with a feeling of a home more than a large hotel. Location perfekt, breakfast outstanding and personalized.
