A localização, o atendimento e o café da manhã
Fiquei em um quarto com banheiro muito apertado e o chuveiro muito fraco, (quarto 11), e a área da piscina está precisando de uma manutenção

Gostei muito da localização, do café da manhã, da limpeza do quarto, do tamanho do quarto.
O chuveiro do quarto 21 era pequeno e o jato saia muito encostado à parede, ficando muito desconfortável o banho. O chuveiro não mudava de posição.

Ótima localização, próximo das praias e da vila, lençóis brancos e macios, bom café da manhã, funcionários prestativos e gentis.

Location and breakfast
Not very clean and didn’t change the towels even when requested. The humidity is very high so the towels could dry from one day to the other so we were using wet towels. We requeste a new one and explained why but they didn’t changes. They ignored our request.

- I got to use the SPA at the location, and it was amazing!
- Location is super central, both to access the beach and the village
- Extremely noisy
- Room was poorly equipped, didn't even have a heavy blanket to sleep. Had to go down to the reception at 11pm to get one
- Bathroom is subpar, towels are low quality.
For the price I paid, I expected much more quality bedding, towels, etc.

Breakfast was good and enough. From 7 -11!
Bed was good.
The hotel is very nice up to the time when adult people started activities. The wall is very thin, so it sound like in the same room. This was over the night in multiple room happened. So we had only few quiet hours to sleep.
Of course this is not the fault of the hotel, but maybe other guest had the same experience.

The room needs a little care. The toilet seat was loose. They forgot to remove the trash from previous guests.

only had a small incident, in which the receptionist apologized by mistake afterwards. she couldn’t find my keys and told that I should have to pay for it (slight threat) and then she was defensive and a bit over confident and full of hubris claiming that she’s been working there for years and it never happened to her not finding key left at the desk. then she found it and apologized. but overall the place is good and most members are nice.
