Prime location

The location of the hotel is very good. Though away from crowd but not very far.

Hotel / staff is hesitant to go an extra-mile to accommodate special request from guest.

service is quick

First of all this is not a resort.It looks more like a boutique hotel. I had requested for modification in the dates 2 days before my travel date.It was not accepted by neither booking.com or Lemon tree.There is no one to express the concerns at the property. The room we stayed was not all as expected and we asked for a room change.We stayed for three nights and everyday they made some or other excuses till it was time for our checkout.The rooms are quite old and shabby.Even they couldn’t fix washroom exhaust or AC. The property needs a real quick makeover.Please don’t waste your money by staying in this property.You can easily find better properties around at a good deal.My experience was below average.

Lemon Tree Amarante is located near to the main beaches ,shopping hubs and restaurants. The resort is maintained well and staff is very courteous. We have been visiting this resort from about 10 years now and still remains our favorite place to stay when we are in Goa every year.

Best breakfast on this trip. Menu changed every day and staff were only too willing to explain each dish. Best shower of the trip with lots of hot water.

Pool was a disappointment. It is only waist deep. Hotel does not offer early check-in. They insisted on full night price for a couple of hours early when room was clearly available. Non negotiable. List of complaints about the room (TV, AC, broken lock, safe locked out) took too long to rectify.

Variety of spread for breakfast. Central location, easy to access different locations of North. We had a heritage room and it was exceptional.

-dirty pool -entrance to beach trough dirty smelly bushes -non-welcome reception -noise of power generator(“heritage” superior room) -small crowdy restaurant -puddles in the bathroom after every shower due to non-closing doors -slippery floor in corridors because of humidity condensation, my daughter fall down twice…

They charged Service Charge 12% upfront, we had to ask them to clear those. Hotel charges were on higher side, considering it is not exactly a beachfront hotel.

The staff and service were great. Also, really enjoyed the pool.

There needs to be foot mats placed in the bathroom. The a la Carte menu needs to be more elaborate especially on the sea food side
