El espacio.

El personal del restaurante muy mala cara, nos hicieron buscar la comida y devolverle los utensilios porque "estaban desbordados de trabajo" y no podían hacer esa atención. El desayuno no es muy amplio, todo bien básico. El tapizado del mobiliario de la habitación estaba sucio/manchado.

Nice hotel in a small town. Well located in the center. Not luxury, but high end and clean and well worth the price. Great massages available. The restaurant food is good if you stick to the classic Argentine dishes (steak, pasta etc). Good parking across the street that is locked to keep your car safe.

One of the menu items (shrimp bisque with cilantro) was weird and inedible. I appreciate the effort to try and diversify the menu but the execution was poor. Breakfast was pretty good but the eggs were a little bland.

The location and the facility in general.

While we had a great reception on the first stay, on our way to Mendoza, the second stay which happened in our return to Buenos Aires was a nightmare. The lady who was in the reception, besides being very impolite, racist, and arrogant. She did not have the fear to tell in our face that she was working for a long time and that we could complain to whoever we wanted that nothing would happen to her, a sort of reassurance that she is untouchable, and probably reason why she had the behavior and attitude she exhibited. If she was the only staff, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

On our first stay, from Buenos Aires to Mendonza, we had an excellent service. Very kind and helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Very memorable service close to a 5 star.

On our way back to Buenos Aires from Mendonza we got the service we opt to label "from hell" provided by a receptionist. Besides being rude and arrogant, she was also racist. She asked us to complain to who we want because she has been working in the hotel for 15 years and nobody will touch her. We eventually spoke to a lady who said to be a manager, and was very understanding.
