Hot in the rooms and no way to control temperature other than opening the balcony door.

Good range of food including several types of honey.

Porridge was cold as not put in warming container. Hotel a long walk to the slopes. Can use skibus for small charge but still need to walk 5 - 10 minutes. The hotel has a minibus which goes to Buffaure but wasn't working most of our stay. Hotel bit slow to react. Could have given us skibus pass and a timetable. However, overall they were very accommodating. Staff particularly friendly and hard working.

Excellent place to stay with extensive breakfast and dinner choices. Very clean room with good wifi connection and I didn't use the TV but it was much bigger than what I'm used to in hotels. Very friendly (English speaking!) staff and it was great to sit down in the pool in the afternoon to ease my sore muscles and watch the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains. Big parking lot with at least two charging stations for e-vehicles.

Furniture a bit old and cupboard door didn’t work. No one ask for a Covid-19 vaccination or test.

Good breakfast. Free shuttle bus to the slope, only 5 min away. Walking distance to restaurants. Brand new spa, sauna, jacuzzi and the outdoor pool. Staff was on a hand to help if you need any directions.

Nothing much. Would be nice to have a kettle in your room for tea/coffee.
