That you have to walk quite far up a hill and then up 2 floors with suitcases and no one from hotel side will help you! also they turned of air conditioning because some other guests said they were cold. unacceptable

No AC, very hot at night, dirty, old, treated like second class citizens for staying in the apartments owned by the hotel instead of the hotel.

The location was incredible, a short walk from the centre of Bellagio. The residence includes parking, which is extremely handy given how difficult it can be to park in Bellagio during the summer. Value for money was fantastic given the location, the size of the room and the season. Would highly recommend.

For the price we paid, the accommodation exceeded expectations. If you are after luxury, this is not the right place for you and staying at the Grand Hotel would make you happier.

Location was great and the swimming pool was also great. The room was also very nice.

Missed having breakfast included

It is located in the center of the town, with reserved parking for guests which is a huge plus. The room is very spacious and clean, with a view of the lake which we were not expecting.

There was nothing to complain.

The room smelled FOUL upon arrival - a special bathroom sort of smell. We had to open all the doors and windows to air the place out - it was THAT BAD. Upon further investigation it was sewer gas coming out of the bathroom floor drain. We covered the drain and kept the bathroom door shut and the door to the patio open. the place would have been very good if not for this factor. after leaving the doors opened we requested some bug spray - as we were afraid of mosquitoes. We reported the issue - there was no comment or apology - just a request to make sure we brought the bug spray back to the front desk! We will leave it in the room. We suspect the hotel understand this issue - the FOUL vapors entering the room from the bathroom drain. We wont come back here.

This property was fantastic! It gave us access to the main hotel facilities such as the pool and breakfasts while giving us the freedom to go and do our own thing and have the car parked safely. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay in Bellagio for the price! The staff were very accommodating and gave us great tips on how to get around the lake to maximise our time!
