Everything about this BandB was excellent, the greeting, the room, its cleanliness, comfort, en-suite, to, internet access, tea and coffee,breakfast. The hosts were welcoming and we enjoyed our brief stay. Compared to another B and B stay a few weeks later which was at the other end of the scale this one was exceptional.

Perfect location for us to stay the night before joining the coastal path walk at Langland. Hosts made us feel very welcoming, our room was beautifully presented and we had a tasty cooked breakfast to set us up for the day ahead of walking. Would highly recommend!

Lovely B&B in the perfect location for exploring mumbles and beyond. Giles and David were very friendly hosts and made a lovely breakfast - will be looking to come back in the summer!

Spotlessly clean. Location is great. The lads are very friendly and soo helpful. Homely. Great value for money. B&B locates near Newton Road where there are lots of unique shops and places to eat and drink. Great location for Mumbles. Brilliant place to stay!

Lovely room, great shower, fab breakfast, friendly hosts.

Room was spacious, clean, in excellent condition and felt very homey yet luxurious.

Heating wasn’t on until late at night so felt a little chilly as I went to bed, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Very hospitable host and great room. I was a fairly late arrival and had to leave early in the morning so was not there for long. He kindly gave me an early breakfast. Good access to pubs and restaurants but still in a quiet location.

The rooms were clean and tidy the hosts were polite and welcoming breakfast was excellent nothing was too much trouble .

Last minute same day booking which they were happy to accommodate. Everything you need in walking distance. Made to feel very welcome, I’m guessing the other guests were too as there was plenty of friendly conversation between guests at breakfast which was included in the price. Quality traditional breakfast with the timing of the poached egg perfect ( you can always judge a place on their poached eggs ). All round great experience especially as it wasn’t planned. If I am ever heading over that side of Wales again from Kent I will definitely be stopping here again.
