Bed was as hard as a rock, breakfast staff didn't speak English and seemed annoyed that we didn't speak Italian, restaurant and bar were already closed

Every room has Seaview. There is parking available. The breakfast is served at the terrace, by friendly staff.

We received an email that the restaurant was closed from end of September onwards. It was however already closed when we arrived. (It was only open for guests in half / full board). The train passes by the hotel, it makes a hell of noise (yes, also at night) When we arrived back in the hotel after a day hard work (around 5 pm), the hotel wanted to charge an extra 10 Euro per person to be at their private beach. This even for half an hour. And this even without towels. This is not good service towards hotel guests. The breakfast was basic. The hotel dropped us an email (in Italian) asking for a good score at booking.com, they offered a glass Prosecco at the next stay to do so.

Modern hotel. Right on the beach The cutest breakfast that we had seen during our trip in Italy. Nice staff and some of them speaks french. Free and closed parking.

The hotel overlooks the beach and has a lovely terrace for breakfast. The staff was helpful when we asked for separate beds. Pleasant breakfast.

The roof terrace was closed but I suppose because it was off-season. The mattress was a bit thin and lumpy but fine for one night - should probably be changed in a year or so.

The property is in very good condition, cleaned and at a sweet spot whether you are after running by the seaside early in the morning or bringing safely your young kids to the sea. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to the seaside hence the accessibility to a nice early morning swim; the breakfast, with plenty of fresh products, artisanal cakes, yoghurt and coffees; the kindness and professionalism of all staff.

Nothing I didn't like, my only thought is that if you are after more dynamism at night, I would recommend to have a car with you and explore either Fano or Senigallia, both of which offer more entertainment.
