Superbe établissement. Le personnel était très accueillant. L’hôtel était très très propre. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. L’emplacement était parfait. Un cadre incroyable. Nous avons passé de super vacances. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

Ehrliches Feedback zum Hotel: 1. Baulärm ab 8 Uhr: Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz. Der Baulärm beginnt bereits um 8 Uhr und ist so laut, dass man weder mit Kopfhörern arbeiten noch schlafen kann. Für mich als Gast ist das äußerst bedauerlich. 2. Lautstarke Reinigungskräfte: Ab 10 Uhr sind die Reinigungskräfte auf dem Flur lautstark auf Türkisch über die ausgecheckten Gäste sprechend zu hören. Dies setzt einen enormen Druck, das Hotel so schnell wie möglich zu verlassen. 3. Unverschämter Anruf in der Nacht: Heute Nacht um ca. 1:30 Uhr erhielt ich einen Anruf von der Rezeption mit der Aussage „Hallo, Sie haben noch nicht bezahlt“. Selbst wenn dem so wäre, ist dies keine Uhrzeit, um Gäste zu kontaktieren. Es war extrem unhöflich und mein Frust darüber ist kaum in Worte zu fassen. Man wird um 1:30 Uhr geweckt und braucht dann Zeit, um wieder einzuschlafen. Um 8 Uhr beginnt dann der Baulärm, was bedeutet, dass man nur etwa sechs Stunden Schlaf bekommt. Wo bleibt da die Erholung? 4. Stressiger Morgen: Aufgrund dieser Umstände war es mir in drei Tagen Aufenthalt nicht möglich, das Frühstück (welches nur bis 10 Uhr angeboten wird) zu genießen. Man wacht mit Stress auf. 5. Kein Badestrand: Es gibt keinen eigenen Badestrand. Stattdessen wird man in das nächstgelegene Dorf gefahren, wo man auf Klippen mit hundert anderen Menschen auf engem Raum liegt. Ich könnte noch vieles mehr erzählen, was das gesamte Image des Hotels zerstören würde. Das einzige Positive ist die Vorstellung des Hotels, wenn es einmal fertiggestellt ist. Aktuell ist es jedoch ein absolutes No-Go.

Room, no beach access despite advertised

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.

The beach and pool were closed, which we were not expecting but we were upgraded to a seaview room to compensate.

Room was adequate and did the job. Blanche beach club was very nice, right on the water. Beautiful view.

My pre-organized airport transfer never arrived. Never got a follow up to what Happened to it either . All staff seem to not be very clued up on anything. Check-in was a little shakey with random bouts of information given to us while the one receptionist is struggling to help us with our bags up the stairs. No doormen or porters to assist. He said he upgraded our room ( ok fair enough - average upgrade ) but then sent us to a room that was not ready with anything ( no sofa bed made up, no toiletries, no mini bar or water ) the poor housekeeping guy had to rush to get it done for us when all we wanted was to go to the pool. The pool….. not well set up at all. All lounge chairs are sorta in one corner and you have to grab it yourself. Very weird. Pool towels / beach towels are very broken and run down. Staff at breakfast and some at Blanche not very knowledgeable with what’s allowed and what’s charged extra. Just not a great experience all round. The room did the job because we were out all day. No housekeeping or water restock during our stay - had to call every day for water. Hotel has Such potential but run so badly.

Aircon not working, we have to open window to sleep, but downstairs restaurant got people talking whole night and cannot sleep, and I request for ear plug also don’t have….

the location and view

the beach was closed and we were not told. we had to pay for other beaches accessed by taxi. the staff were useless. the pool was unattended and half closed under a cover we were on the 4th floor under the restaurant and at 10 pm they played incredibly loud music until midnight and we complained they did nothing until we got dressed and went up ourselves service at breakfast was slow tables not laid and we were not told what was available for example fruit juice the pictures of the pool give entirely the wrong impression when we complained the beach terrace was closed they blamed booking.com we chose this hotel to swim in the sea and it was closed we had a junior suite which did not have a sitting area in fact only 1 chair

the Place where it’s situate is really nice and have a lot of facilities nearby to the big mall only 1,2 km ( a good easy 15min walk) the architecture of the hotel looks really nice, it’s clean and the pool at the rooftop is enjoyable. they have their own privat beach which is cool, workers are friendly and the manager Evren Tegmen was unbelievable to us and make our stay real easy and comfortable. And to finish a little plus for the massage crew :)
