Great discovery ! Great location, not far from the airport, fantastic pool. The residency is so calm, but transports are nearby (bus literally 4 min away). Karteros' main street provides food and little super markets or beach bar, so everything you need is there. It is possible to go in Heraklion center still. The hotel lets you rent a car and serves drinks.
Swimming pool closes at 7 pm, we really could have gone more (but still was extra nice). The car rental service was really simple to deliver the vehicle, but tried to facture us some extra for shady reasons and the price was correct but the same as the rest of the car rental market.

TV in the living room didn't work. No TV in the bedroom. Air condition unit only in the bedroom (not sufficient for high temperatures, for the entire apartment). Poor internet connection in the room.

The neighborhood is quiet, with a lot of trees, the air is very nice. The personnel of the hotel is very friendly. The balcony has a nice view. The rooms are cozy and made with style and soul.
