I liked the peaceful ambience, the massage, the dinner

They couldn't find my booking so I ended up in a room with machinery noise outside it

location, massage, warm relaxing pool & most staff were incredibly professional & helpful.

radiator in our room was on all the time making it stifling hot, loo door opened onto the toilet, if the wardrobe door was open you couldn’t open the room door, the only plug sockets were in the loo.

A grand building tucked into the hillside with fabulous views down the valley and surrounding mountains. with polished wooden parquet floors and some original sofas and hardwood furniture in the reception area and reading room. The food was good and was reasonably priced which was just as well as there was nowhere else nearby worth trying. The swimming pool was very warm and the surrounding garden area well kept and attractive. A very enjoyable few days in a peaceful environment. The staff were also helpful and friendly.

Not much to dislike. The Bathroom door opened directly onto the toilet making it a bit tight entering the bathroom. The second time we used the pool the water was a bit too hot and certainly too hot to actually swim in.

It was beautiful stay We really loved couple’s sauna. It’s so cozy and relaxing Four of us had great diner for less than $60 us. Wow.

The hotel seemed like a place from another century. I loved the furniture in early last century style. It just fit perfectly without being kitsch or feeling overloaded. While the spa may not wholly resemble the ones at home it had it's own appealing fallen out of time style. The view from the room and spa was just amazing.

The receptionist was rather cold and not welcoming. On booking we saw the price in USD and it was written they would calculate the price in ARS with the current exchange rate at check-out. At check-out they didn't take the exchange rate but the price you had to pay if you wanted to buy ARS with USD. This is obviously a higher exchange rate and it costed us 200 ARS extra. This may not be a lot but you still feel being cheated.
