Well located, in front of the beach; friendly staff.

This a motel with a hotel name. Old, terrible facilities ready to be demolished. One cafeteria with pretty basic colombia food

Location is directly across from the beach.

The food could have been a bit better.

The property is great rooms were clean overlooking the sea breakfast was great wide variety to choose from. The pool and playground was a big plus for our daughter and the poolside bar was good to no complaints with our stay

The checkin process takes to long even though we did checkin online but it went smooth no issues

Extremely over priced for what you get. The facilities are out dated and the wifi disconnects constantly to the point that it is unusable. The beach view is obstructed by palm trees. The included food was okay and not worth the extra money for it. You can do better else where. Some of the staff were good but many were rude, certainly not to the level of a hotel of this price range. No hot water and bathroom goodies are at a motel level. Just cheap soap. Not even shampoo. Overall, this is a 2 star hotel at a 4 star price.

Excelent location near to the Bulevard. Close tu the beach. Near to all mallcenter and shops. All Clean and personal is helpfull

Everything is good. Attention is good.

The bed was comfy.

No hot water in the shower, the toilet was working 1 day on 2. The room was really small. The WiFi didn’t work.
