Nice pool, at bar they have just beer. we had lunch at Hotel and the food was very good. welcome drink.

room, we paid regular price and got some budget room. Very small in comparison to other ( the one we booked). Breakfast - eggs, eggs and eggs. And the last is location: good and bad at the same time. It´s a season Of seaweed, smelling disgusting. The hotel could at least inform us About this situation.

its in front of the beach. breakfast was okay .. dont expect much. you can only check in at 3pm not before, however, you can store your luggage.

we couldn't open the window/balcony. the shower did not have a shower head.

The positive aspect was the location of the hotel and the service provided in the pool area. Staff there was attentive and nice.

The whole hotel is in need of renovation. The restaurant/breakfast area and the reception are the only nice-looking areas, everything else is old and needs big improvements. Most of the staff is not there to serve you with sympathy and attention to the clients' needs. All the times we asked for something their first answer was a big round "no". I'll give an example: my husband went to the restaurant and asked for a glass because we wanted to drink some wine and immediately they said no because it was a hotel policy and they couldn't provide glasses. When asked why they said it was because then clients put leftover food in the glasses and that would attract cockroaches. First time ever being denied a glass in a hotel...and we are frequent travelers. Breakfast selection was also very limited. Most of the days there was only one fruit option and most warm foods were only "colombian" style, not catering to foreigners taste. Also the ladies attending were very rude and not welcoming at all. I never felt comfortable and welcomed in this hotel. We asked for a family room and they got us one but the toilet had no ventilation so the room always felt humid and our clothes wouldn't dry for days. The 2 beds and the fridge were standing in plant pots turned upside down...we never understood why but probably to prevent some recurrent floodings. It was so bad that we asked to be moved to a different room which they did on the 3rd day. The second room was more or less the same, the toilet still had no ventilation but at least there were no plant pots supporting the beds and the fridge. Also, the walls on the first room we pretty damaged and in high demand for a renovation . The day we arrived the receptionist told us we were entitled to a welcome drink but we had to wait for 6pm because that's when the alcoholic beverages would start to be served. Around 8.

The room has a nice view to the ocean and good size for 4 people. The shower has warm water that is something that I read online that not all hotels have.

The wifi was not the best. Staff could be more friendly and more on time with the schedule of the hotel, one day I was waiting for the pool to open on 10am but the personel responsible for the pool was late for one and a half hour.

The location of the hotel is in front of the beach. The room is clean. The breakfast is good, you have a buffet with good options. The room is quiet even though is in front of the beach. The room has good isolation from external sound.

The facilities are quite old. The air conditioning system is very dirty (you can see the dust through the slits), and some places of the hotel seem to be under construction.

When we arrived the front desk tried to send us to a different hotel for the night in the city and not on the beach bc “the ac was not working on an entire floor”. After over an hour of arguing they placed our group in rooms that were lesser valued rooms but did not offer any discount or additional accommodations. The shower leaked all over the bathroom. The air conditioning worked marginally. One of the toilets had to take the tank top off to flush.

Location is really nice and also the breakfast.

Old building, under renovation in few places, but needs complete update. pictures didn’t reflects the real situation. The hotel has no phone line, is impossible to communicate with them until you got there. very poor quality of toilettes. Breakfast is ok, but is not a buffet, so they control what you can have. Noisy neighborhood, the main entrance is in a pedestrian street, so you have to carry your own luggage for your self for two blocks, is were taxi drivers drop you off . over all experience is not worth the money. Definitely I won’t book this place again.

The wifi service was horrible im my room.. little to no connectivity, but strong in the lobby. No one ever came to check the wifi....but I managed... good it was a weekend stay as I work remotely

Roof top pool was the nicest part this property but still needs some work.

Windows were salty due to the location being right on the ocean and the rooms rather dorm room quality.

Terrible service. Took two days to talk to the manager and nothing came out of it. The room was clean but not in good shape. Very loud at night and inside work above us in the mornings.

Pool wasn’t working, too much noise due to construction, very noisy at night , very bad wifi, way too expensive, rude staff at front desk, bar was mostly closed. No customer service, outdated rooms, many things were either broken or working half way. The only modern thing was the lobby.... very disappointing

There was a waiter in the restaurant that was not welcoming neither wanted us rearrange the tables on our first day but the his coworkers changed our minds and made our meals more comfortable and happier. The lady Manager managed the staff perfectly. Kudos.😁
