no parking. very difficult to find

Nothing! Room was nothing like what I paid for, the photos is totally different than what we got.

That’s my first bad review ever, but I could not let it pass without sharing it here. First of all, there is no parking and you have to try to find a parking space in a small plaza 3 blocks alway from the property. The host wrote me at 2pm telling that the room was ready and when we arrived at 5pm she gave us a super tiny room, 1/3 the size of one we booked and said that was because the previous guests got covid and she could not give us any other room. The room we stayed almost did not fit our luggages, the shower was clogged up, the hair dryer did not work, we tried to contact again the host and she disappeared and never answered back to our messages. The room we stayed is not in the pictures, the bed was so small that my feet were out, plus there was a hole in the middle of the bed. The host does not speak English very well, the breakfast was ok, but there were only sweet pastries and nothing else to eat. A bad experience overall and not even an apology for the messed up situation we received.

Margherita is a perfect host

Excellent location in the very center of Altamura, 2 minutes walk from the cathedral. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom spotless, the hosts friendly and helpful.

It is not so easy to find a parking place very close. The breakfast is Italian style with only sweet stuff, which is of course understandable, however we would have preferred some salty things as well.

For light sleepers could be a little bit noisy, even though the windows were closed.

Room and bathroom very spacious and location really great.

Very clean, central and with a unique design place. It was even better than the pictures! ( Best shower ever and a lovely terrace! )We had an excellent stay!

Everything was perfect!

I loved this cuteb%b it was like stepping back in time. It had so much character the owner was lovely and so helpful. Right in the centre of the old town huge rooms. Breakfast excellent also with home made cake.

The room should to be better isolated. More light in the room even if I'm aware that it is not easy given the fact that the B&B is locstrd in an historical building right in the center of the old town
